I disagree, they got their point across as everyone knows of them and their purpose, but everyone is too enraged to care or to listen to them.
I thought the phrase shooting oneself in the foot was suppose to be metaphorical. Its truly impressive, and I never thought I would see an actual representation of that phase.

I was born in 1948 the first 17 years of my life i lived with my family in a council flat in north London with one open fire and no central heating I also suffered with very bad asthma in the winter my father who was a postmen got up at four o'clock in the morning to set the fire so it could be put on for the short time before we went to school and the again in the evening there was no other heating in the property and we had a meter for the gas and electricity. So according to Fiona Atkinson I and my family should not be alive today especially me, as this was just after the war we also had the problem of rationing for the first 5 five years of my life my father never had a car as he could not afford one these people are completely out of touch with real life and the worries of normal people! I would love to discuss my childhood with Fiona Atkins as I remember it with fondness and how helpful and supportive people were back then, if they want to do something useful then they should use their time getting together with Industry and get them to sponsor insulation for people who cannot afford to insulate their own homes and I would gladly volunteer to help in this effort!
