Gotta keep it real with you chief. If the return of radiance in final shape is anywhere near as potent as it was in D1 I ain't ever running well lock again
For felwinters helm, I highly recommend checking out the strand grapple attack for it as well. The melee from it counts for the exotic, allowing many more procs from both the grenade slot and your 3 melee charges. Especially if you can take advantage of a tangle to get infinite grapple and go ham on enemies, blinding and weakening them.
I’m surprised that more people haven’t realized that the Grapple MELEE counts as a Melee ability. As a Titan player, rocking that with Banner of War, Synthoceps, and Monte Carlo make an absolutely NASTY melee focused build that’s insanely good at add-clear, damage, and survivability
hey! wanted to let you know that if you use 15:32 boots of the assembler on healing rift, it spawns the same seekers that lumina does, that also heal, AND does the empowerment buff that lumina gives i use it on solar all the time, with ember of benevolence and a rift-spam build for constant uptime on healing for my friends (just be careful using it on goldie hunters cause it because the buff from the rounds overrides radiance, which benefits golden gun immensely!!)
First, thank you for all this. Very helpful for those of us who enjoy builds. If I kept track accurately, you have Fell Winters Helm (3:36) and Controverse Hold (7:55) as the best voids. Fallen SunStar (4:22) is the best arc. Sunbracer (5:17) as the best solar (Ran of Fire second for VM fun). Necrotic grip (8:41) and Swarmers (17:00) as the best strands. And Osmiomancy gauntlets (9:37) as best stasis. Of course, this is all subjective, but that’s solid collection of builds!
I love using Vesper of Radius with Stasis, using the fragment that gives a freezing pulse on rift cast and the fragment that returns class ability energy on shatter. Run into a group of enemies, pop rift, they freeze and are immediately shattered by the arc pulse. If you kill enough enemies with one rift, you get your rift back instantly!
Hello, great video. Just wanna share some updates to the exotics as of season 23 Apotheosis Veil-> Grants increased ability recharge for 8 seconds after super (you can spam abilies) Felwinters Helm -> Increased radius (and duration?) for minor and elite enemies Karnstein Armlets -> Now grant restoration and restoration x2 on finishers I might have missed some
15:31 Here is what you are missing: Boots of the Assembler splits the Noble Seekers. Healing Rift = Healing Seekers, Empowering Rift = Damage Bonus Seekers. Lumina's Noble Seekers do both, heal and grant the damage bonus. The reason you play this with Lumina is that the Seekers from Boots of the Assembler count for Lumina and therefore reload its magazine and grant the Noble Seekers, which can be shot at allies while hipfiring Lumina, granting them healing and the damage bonus (granted to you as well), as said above. This way you do not need a kill with Lumina to be able to use its Noble Seekers.
Just a thing about nezarecs sin, I run it with graviton lance. It’s a great ad clear weapon, better than forbearance imo. With this combo, I’m able to get my nova bomb in about 2 minutes even tho I’m running tier 2 intellect. Few nuggets of info on the helmet: 1) 1 kill grants 2.5 seconds of *abyssal extractors* and stacks up to 20 seconds. 2)this grants 300% improved regeneration of grenade and melee. 3)this also grants 200% improved regeneration of super and class ability.
Mantle of battle harmony on stasis with ager's scepter is fantastic. Stasis super is pretty meh so I use agers to get much more damage from super energy. The super mode on agers is great against champs/yellow bars, and the base weapon is fantastic against adds. Agers can actually kill all three champ types by itself because it slows, freezes and stunlocks barriers. It also freezes in a generous aoe around anything it kills whichprocs iceflare bolts and stasis shards if thats your thing. On top of all of that it regens your super cause of mobh so you can do it over and over. Very fun imo.
A slight tweak for your dawn chorus build, use Phoenix Dive. It recharges rapidly during your super, and if you activate heat rises beforehand, youre going to be spamming massive AoE scorch slams with 200% increased scorch damage. Plus the slam costs less super meter than the sword strikes.
I am hyped for the titan part. The hunter one gave me some truly op builds with a few adjustments on the fragments to fit my play style and now I am hoping to find some op stuff for the warlock here. Thanks for making these Videos they're giving me some ideas on what to do with the exotics as I am a beginner and don't know my way around the fragments and abilitys in general.
12:25 did you know that when you are inside a well you gain anti barrier capabilities? You can shoot through vex hobgoblin shields, and the vex hydra you were shooting right here
For the Osmiomancy’s you gain significantly more grenade energy back for actively slapping the enemies on the heads with your Cold Snaps. You’ll refund an entire grenade if you hit a boss or champion too btw. Allows for a ton of grenade spam, or Bleak Watchers.
Winter’s guile: you don’t need touch of flame, use Icarus dash instead since multikills in the air heal you. Also use a healing nade and the fragment that lets you extend resto and radiant on solar ability & weapon kills
Alternate Mantle Build is to put on any of the Exotic Traces on their matching Subclass for any flavor pf Chaos Reach you want. Stasis is the classic one because Ager's Scepter with Catalyst is damn good. And for Vesper, you also have the Stasis "Iceflare Bolts + Freezing Rift" combo.
As a titan main, I am eagerly waiting for your video regarding a build for every Titan Exotic in Destiny 2. I love these vids as a semi-new player to Destiny to easily see what I can do with the current exotics I have.
Just so you know astrocyte verse did get a buff now that doesn't read in it description, actually try it out and you'll see how good it is now, it retained all its current abilities but added the abilities to make everything in a radius volatile when you blink away, as well as making it so the super blink that nova warp has takes up no super energy, end result endless teleporting and added volatile explostions to everything around you, literally all you have to do is blink around a battlefield and make everything volatile, as for end game blink is insane at battlefield movement, its literally the perfect example of getting good at something most people suck at and ending up with a greater result then the heard behind you
The description should say “Improved blink. Additionally, blinking makes nearby enemies volatile and blinking while using Nova Warp does not consume super energy”
15:42 *they aren't actually the same seekers that Lumina uses because Lumina's Noble Rounds heals and empowers. The Noble Seekers from Boots of the Assembler only heal if using healing rift or empower if using empowering rift. However when these seekers find an ally, they do create Remnants like how Lumina does on a kill!
For a superior cenopath mask build would be stasis with the following Agers cepter Bleak watcher\iceflare bolts Shards\fissures efraction\chains Insane crowd control, damage reduction , ability regen and with agers convert your super into straight up damage melting goodness and with cenopath refilling your mag the alt fire now loasts way longer for even more damage. Insane fun build which can hard carry
5 Star Exotics listed: Felwinter's Helm Fallen Sunstar Sunbracers Contraverse Hold Necrotic Grip Osmiomancy Swarmers I would highly recommend void or strand for Chromatic Fire but it's still only mid at best. Sanguine Alchemy should be at least 4 stars with the damage output and versatility for leg mods. It makes you a much heavier hitter than without it. Promethium Spur and Boots of the Assembler are both trash and need complete reworks to be remotely "exotic." My Suggestions: 1) Promethium Spur should make it so when you get solar weapon kills while standing in a rift, you create sunspots at the enemy's death location. Standing in a sunspot increases charge rates for all abilities. (Basically Hallowfire Heart for Warlocks) 2) Boots of the Assembler should grant you and your allies solar souls which shoot enemy targets, scorching them. When a solar soul defeats an enemy, it grants the Guardian restoration. When no enemies are nearby solar souls increase all ability recharge rates (30%).
I was trying it with a thresh elemental weapon and was getting my supers back very quickly. Thresh / Headstone on stasis was giving me massive chunks but its feels very inconsistent. Sometimes you get noticeable chunks others it doesn't seem so be doing anything.
One of my favorite builds on warlock in general is battle harmony with stasis and ager's scepter because it can almost permanently keep the overcharged state up on ager's in ad dense encounters and still put in decent damage. Honestly don't even need to use your super with that build
4:49 I use Cenotaph Mask with a Hollow Denial that has Killing Tally. The damage is increased on each kill as long as the Trace Rifle is not reloaded or stowed. You can't easily get this weapon so easily now, though.
Vortex Grenades are best on Titan in my opinion. Increased Grenade Time Fragment + Controlled Demo + Vortex Grenade is just a ton of damage + Healing if you're near the explosions. My favourite build utilizing them is on Bubble Titan with Helmet of Saint-14 & Lament during DPS. The cycle is: Grenade -> Barricade on Boss -> Bubble on Boss -> Grenade -> Lament Combo. You constantly gain health and overshields from the Void Detonators/Volatile, Lament, Bastion, and Helm in Bubble, in addition to having Max Resilience, that is negates the "squishy when close to boss" issue to a fair degree.
Funny enough, swarmers are one of the only exotic's (if not the ONLY one) that allows you to combine Strand with other subclasses. I use a combo of Void and Strand for DPS, Ad Clear, and just pure fun. Try it out fellow Warlocks!
A Unique build i want to recomand that is finally possible: the Elemental Cocktail warlock. Using Ex Diris (with catalyst) and Rain of Fire while being a Void warlock gives you the oppertunity to be Radiant, Ampplified and Devour all at the same time. is it good? perhaps. Is it fun? YES.
Replace Void with Strand w/ Grapple and Mindspun Invocation for Felwinters Helm, Grapple to enemy, Grapple Melee enemy, Enemy dies creating threadling(s) and Weaken burst, big AOE go boom
I will say, Contraverse Hold is a fricking awesome void build, second best imo (obv second to gyrfalcons lol), but if you’re doing it on a non-solo activity, it’s highly likely that you won’t be getting unlimited grenades. And you have to get like 3 ad kills for it to fully regenerate ur grenade.
Love your video, but Lumina and Boots of the Assembler function a bit differently than you stated. Lumina's "Noble Rounds" (activated by firing from the hip when you have a charge) work like this - You collect a Remnant after getting a Kill with Lumina. This gives you a Noble Round. When you next fire from the hip, the Noble Round is released, tracking nearby allies, or impacting a surface. It can ricochet off surfaces, I have seen up to three times. The Impacted Entity releases a burst with a very small aoe (maybe 2-3 meters) that grants around 7 hp, and the "Blessing of the Sky" buff will be granted to you and those entities if they are a Player in PvE. This is a 35% Weapon Damage Buff that lasts for 10 seconds. Additional Details: Noble Rounds travel for ten seconds normally. Noble Rounds will do bodyshot damage if an enemy runs into them. This will not impede the projectile, change its trajectory, or count as bouncing off a surface. Blessing of Order, the Exotic Perk of Boots of the Assembler, has inaccurate text. What it actually does: While standing in any Rift, you spawn "Noble Seekers" that seek out nearby players in a 35m radius, granting them a particular benefit based on which Rift you are standing in. Healing Rift Noble Seekers grant 75 hp and begin health regeneration. Empowering Rift grants a buffed Empowering Rift Buff of 35%. (IIRC, Blessing of the Sky and this Empowering Buff are in the same "Bucket" meaning that they dont stack.) Each Time a Noble Seeker from a Rift you are standing in buffs a player, that Rift's duration is increased by 5 seconds. You will spawn 1-5 Seekers, depending on your fireteam's size on a 5 second cooldown. The confusion is warranted and most of it is found in the naming convention between the two Exotic's "active" elements but I digress. Boots of the Assembler have an interaction with Lumina, but it's benefits do not directly interact with Lumina or it's "Blessing of the Sky" buff. The interaction between Lumina and Boots of the Assembler is that when a Noble Seeker from a Rift you are standing in buffs a player, a Remnant will spawn in your vicinity, basically refilling your Noble Rounds without having to leave the Rift. You also gain +30 Airborne Effectiveness when using Lumina, giving it a total of 57, which makes it feel pretty usable if the niche circumstances that would warrant an in-air shot. I do not know if this really affects the Noble Rounds in any way, but that is because I haven't specifically noticed a difference in their behavior. So, when using the Lumina + Boots of the Assembler combo, you are incentivized to run a Healing Rift by nature of your ability to fire off Noble Rounds to grant a 35% buff to an ally, while the Rift grants a sizable healing boost to Allies in a pretty wide area, granting you more Noble Rounds. Examples of Encounters that this combo has been helpful for: Atheon (and Master), Warpriest, Oryx (and Master), Crypt Security, Taniks, Rhulk, Macrocosm, Legend Seraphs Shield, Legend Presage. I have used it on "Easier" GMs to make the runs more efficient.
Mantle of Battle Harmony with Ticcu's, Well of Radiance, and Ember of Combustion. While in your Well every kill with Ticcu's triggers an ignition. Out of the Well any kill with Ticcu's gives you max surge bonus for 10 seconds. Try this out, its a significantly better Phoenix Protocol.
I had already made my loadouts for a warlock. Found your video for hunters, and prayed that you made the tian first. Guess who the fool is now? Me. It was always me.
Winters Guile should be paired with VEXCALIBUR. Because of the unique interaction between the Melee of Winters Guile, and your void Oversheild, you will be able to go into the thick of things, absolutely decimate all your enemies, do large damage to a champion or big boy for a second or two, and constantly refresh both Devour and a Void Overshield. It takes what Karnstien could do, and multiplies it to x10. Ahamkara does not STACK with the Three Melees of Strand.
Completely forgot dong chorus give melee energy on scorch dmg and kills, you could prolly even do an ice and fire build on stasis warlock if you paired dawn chorus with an exotic weapon that applies scorch like skyburners or prometheus and have good melee economy for extra freezes.
Honestly, I just want the LOOK of Astrocyte Verse. I wish they would made exotic’s as a transmog option. I love the look I could just not care any less about an extended “Blink”
Wings buff is amazing btw, i recommend heal nade, dash, and better nades, then tommys, and the ember that increases recovery cool down, turns you into a true ac130
Thanks for this! The DIM Link for the Dawn Chorus build mistakenly uses Well rather than Daybreak. Can you double check all of these and then revise the DIM Links to ensure that they are accurate to the intended build?
You should’ve used ember of searing with incinerator snap builds like winter’s guile, combine that with heat rises and you can get a full melee refund on multikills for ignition spam
You missed the part of apotheosis where blinking into enemies make them volatile, plus using winters guile on solar instead of abusing the new stasis melee effect it was given, makes this video feel like it was recorded before this season, and already out if date a little despite being uploaded 6 days ago from this comment.
You know the karnstien armless work with glaves including the heavy stasis one. If you run stasis and those gloves you'll do heavy damage and every 3rd melee attack freezes champions.
How are you going to use Discharge and not Ions on Getaway Artist? I run it with Centrifuse and I get all the ions I can use, my grenade energu stays full and I can use a more effective grenade lile Pulse. I don't think "high damage" was truly the point of the Arc Soul but IMO it's super useful to have constantly setting up targets to be finished with an Arc weapon, creating either an Orb of Power or Ionic Trace, lile, every other time. Using Centrifuse woth the catalyst also be efits from running a fragment that boosts Amplified. Volts & Beacons do that without hurting the stats, too.
Hey for all melee based exotics,(Karnstien, Sunbracers, Winters Guile etc) don't forget Monte Carlo is good this season fir anti barrier and even more free or random gend melees
Great idea and I get the time pressure, but at least having the description of the fragments on screen would be quite helpful. Ideally, also mention why you picked them and if it's not worth talking about, leave them out and say there's x flavor fragments.
I wish Sanguine Alchemy would get reworked. I love the way it looks and I have a load out saved with it on it just for fashion. Too bad it’s just not good in comparison to other exotics

Try this out, its a significantly better Phoenix Protocol.
im a bit retarded, where are the ignitions coming from? i never use ticuus so i wouldn't know
I think ember of combustion, as ticcus does not cause ignitions on its own
I use Eye of Another World on Stasis with the new exotic stasis scout because it gives me more bleak watchers
the boots of the assembler slander is so crazy. Use it on solar with emb of benevolence and you practically have your abilities up at all times
Nezarec's sin is top 5 star just if you use volatile rounds, void weapon and child of the old gods, i love to play it with graviton lance
5:45 DIO reference
eye of another world, stasis grenade turrets and ager''s scepter.
The swarmers build with quicksilver is so fun and probably my favorite build
I had already made my loadouts for a warlock. Found your video for hunters, and prayed that you made the tian first. Guess who the fool is now? Me. It was always me.
My main shadebinder build is Winterbite + Karnsteins and it rips through EVERYTHING, I highly recommend it for warlock mains
Ahamkara does not STACK with the Three Melees of Strand.
ahamkara does stack with the strand melee charges actually, it just feels weird to use because you can't chain 4 in a row
Bro thank you so much for making this video. I tend to main 1 build into the ground and I forgot how good some of these builds actually are
Great video and interesting pairings
hehe i loved using sunbracers and monte carlo right when the sub class rework came out and it was so silly, im glad its still useable
Patiently waiting on the titan one 🙂
Completely forgot dong chorus give melee energy on scorch dmg and kills, you could prolly even do an ice and fire build on stasis warlock if you paired dawn chorus with an exotic weapon that applies scorch like skyburners or prometheus and have good melee economy for extra freezes.
Geomag also got buffed to give bonus super energy from ionic traces so you could lean into that more
Honestly, I just want the LOOK of Astrocyte Verse. I wish they would made exotic’s as a transmog option. I love the look I could just not care any less about an extended “Blink”
Wings buff is amazing btw, i recommend heal nade, dash, and better nades, then tommys, and the ember that increases recovery cool down, turns you into a true ac130
ticuu's works insanely well with mantle of battle harmony, also i found that ticuu and osmiomancies work pretty well with each other too
Bro you have given me a great insight on the exotic video for warlock, , titan , hunter , builds ..... big 👍👍👍👍
I'd strongly recommend using Centrifuse with the getaway's build, since you proc the catalyst by becoming amplified with your grenade
What’s that dude? I’m a noob
@@achillesdeathpunch220if you mean centrifuse, it was the exotic weapon you got for free from the last season
Great vid!!! Been looking for someone to do one vid that has builds around each Exotic. Do you have something for the other characters??👍🏼
Thanks for this! The DIM Link for the Dawn Chorus build mistakenly uses Well rather than Daybreak. Can you double check all of these and then revise the DIM Links to ensure that they are accurate to the intended build?
Teammates: Bruh please switch to Well.
Warlock with their uber dps radiance: Not today weather boi.
5:17 you can also use Monte Carlo to recharge your melee quicker
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’VE BEEN MEANING TO DO THIS FOR SO LONG!!!!!!
I just read the title and dropped a sub cuz anyone who take the time to do this deserve a sub
They nerfed whisper of bonds, it now just creates an orb on killing frozen targets instead of amplifying the amount of super energy you get
You should’ve used ember of searing with incinerator snap builds like winter’s guile, combine that with heat rises and you can get a full melee refund on multikills for ignition spam
You missed the part of apotheosis where blinking into enemies make them volatile, plus using winters guile on solar instead of abusing the new stasis melee effect it was given, makes this video feel like it was recorded before this season, and already out if date a little despite being uploaded 6 days ago from this comment.
Ahamkara's Grasp pair really well with the new warlock aspect
Saved the video if i ever need a build im coming back to watch this lol thank u
Giving dawn chorus a 3/5 stars is pretty crazy
At least showing the mods you use would help A LOT
You know the karnstien armless work with glaves including the heavy stasis one. If you run stasis and those gloves you'll do heavy damage and every 3rd melee attack freezes champions.
Neserac Sin and Graveton Lance is crazy balls.
Geomags just got buffed and ionic traces give super energy
For the sunbracers ember of solace isn't needed and can be replaced with searing
You dont need heat rises active to get the melee regen, just be in the air when you get kills
MUCH easier with heat rises though
I lile cenotaph with wavesplitter and supression grenades on void. You can keep the suppression beam active for a long long time
Bro Astrocyte got a nice buff and you make everything Volatile when you blink now
Winters guile + vexcalaber + void= big funny
Also imagine good starfire would be with dragons breath
Imagine not making time stamps
Did you miss the pinned comment or are you just talking about him not doing it???
If u don’t know karnstien + glaive = godmode
@@TheGuyWhoCantPickANamemonte has a glaive mode that might work with it
@@thetoolie5917 it does ur a genius
Great idea and I get the time pressure, but at least having the description of the fragments on screen would be quite helpful. Ideally, also mention why you picked them and if it's not worth talking about, leave them out and say there's x flavor fragments.
Can’t wait on titian one, these are great
With monto Carlo you get melee energy on hit as well with contraverse hold’s build
This also works with sunbracers as you get basically infinite grenades as you kill with the snap, which monto Carlo provides
Thank you so much for these videos helps my friend so much
I wish Sanguine Alchemy would get reworked. I love the way it looks and I have a load out saved with it on it just for fashion. Too bad it’s just not good in comparison to other exotics
What’s your Bungie name? I’m doing the same thing for all 3 classes
15:25 why did you pop your rift?
nice vid, another question, can I still play the forsaken story or do I only get the armor?
You can't play the story. They added a shorter version of one mission tho that also explains some forsaken stuff via cutscenes
Mantle of battle harmony had a really nice build with ager scepter but idk if the damage buffs stack
Would you be doing an update to the new Hunter, warlock and Titan exotics? Just asking lol
Might make a separate video creating builds for each
@@EmberCenturion gotcha brotha appreciate the reply 🙏🏼
Mantle of battle harmony on stasis with agers scepter is super good
Funny how now, 1 yr after the release of yours video, the very first build is actually viable
ophidean aspect + void + monte carlo= GG
Why ophidean?
