- The name's V, just V. Aurore and Aymeric Cassel are the playful and sullen French twins respectively you have to play roulette with and scan their identities to further your intrigue in this spy story.
You don't have to win; but V IS the best.
Main Mission - You Know My Name
Reminded me a lot about Casino Royale.
Note, there is some randomization with the winning colors but what worked for me is:

They have black hair because its a visual bug. Happens with many npcs and even V. Usually is fixed by restarting the game
ohh, yes, I just realized the hair is black in the video. Luckily I didn't have this bug in my playthrough.
Also in the end I chose black and won. I guess the colors are random.(because you can lose and then aurora kisses his brother in excitement😆)

This game is still full of bugs. I've had to restart my game several times already
They’ve had this bug ever since the game released and it’s not uncommon. Im surprised they never tracked down and patched it.

The wildest part is that the name of the quest in particular is a name of a song that plays in Casino Royale.
This is actually quite common with quest names in Cyberpunk 2077. A lot of the quests are named after songs. Another example is Judys romance quest where u dive under water. That is called Pyramid Song.

The odds are literally random and you basically can't lose on the scan. This isn't some kind of grand challenge, it's just a set piece.
You can lose it all in the end though

ikr. I got furious that it was more of an execution than a kidnap. They made it easier for me to chose songbird ending later😆.

I know this is 3 weeks old but incase anybody didnt see the information. near the person you get the chips from is a shard that says how to play/bet.
Never failed the scan, but reloaded this 3 times trying to win. Always lost, no matter what I did. Pretty sure this is completely random. Just remember the outcome, it will be important later.

The NPC got bugged in my playthrough and i left without money and Lizzie's Crown... GREAT.
This and the Wedding mission are why CDPR the best at making quests.

It's randomized chance. So, there's no point in following a pattern. Just make an instinctive guess and go with it.
All you really need to do is stick to the script. Make sure they're the best dialogue options.
I tried several 89%+82% best results, and then go to red/black each for 2 times (totally tried for 10 times with those weren't 89%+82%), and lose all of them. Never mind I'm on PC I can add eddies to myself

Honestly, i did not even know you could not get full scans. I always assumed it did not really matter what you said.
I lost more rounds than winning until the last one I won a hefty 6K. Not bad. All while doing perfect scans on both twins to boot.
Reloaded my save and did the same🤣🤣🤣 I caught them the first time but ended up netting red on the last one… so I just reloaded my save and ran their pockets 😂😂
Its totally random what color it lands on at the last bet. There is no system lol.

I followed the guide and got a perfect scan but the final roulette spin was not the same as in this it swapped and they won not me :S

Bruh what? I replayed this part over and over and over like 9 times because I didn’t see that the 80k worth of chips wasn’t my money and wanted to keep my money, so in my eyes I lost 80k and never won the all in a single time.

I fn hate this part. Every time i reload like 10 times just to get 120,000, and I ALWAYS lose on the all in. Like I chose black for the all in 5 times in a row, lost every time. So I choose red for the all in twice in a row and lose both again

I didn't know they spoke French. The scene does not come across in the same way when its in French.
I think the betting (on PC) is fixed so that the max you can have is 100k. I’ve tried so many times to get over that, but it didn’t seem possible for some reason.
Try again maybe. I got 140k from my first try(on pc)

its always random is the issue. i find its different each time, and when you get to the end it goes in their favor. wasted 3 hours reloading saves just to get the money back and it wasnt even that much. there was even a game i played where it placed red 6 times in one game.
in summary: there is no trick it's all random and luck just like the real game.

I know the dialogue choices to win everytime when we go all in, I tried multiple times, and won, highest i won was 180k in total, have proof if you dont believe lol xD

I was messing up real bad with the brother, i was at around 50% and then all of a sudden the game said i got them both.
I liked the twins , I hope there was a way to kill both Alex and Reed in same ending somehow .

I wish CDP included an option where they didn't kill them and only arrested them if in the previous dlc V missions it was always someone who doesn't kill people, or tell reed.. only incapacitate, not kill.. if not, don't count on me V is visibly angry when Aurere is shot.

At the last bet, I had 80k which I all ined, but the reward was 20k and in total I had 100k, where mah god damn 60k go?
Since I speak french I have always hated french characters in media, especially their accent. But for some reason, these two were actually tolerable... And in fact I wished Aurore was a romance option.

My favorite was the Aguilar quest. The writing in that quest was absolutely amazing. The VA for Aguilar did an excellent job hamming it up as a Colombian celebrity assassin.
i had a bug, so i started the play without any chips.
play went fine until i realized i need to buy chips (by a marker) and i need to play again (also a marker), but the play was locked, thank you save files)
and also speak to Lizzy Wizzy on the way out for a special head piece.
That only works if you didn't piss her off earlier in the game in NC.
haha i dont know how the game works but i was hearing never set on red so i was always going with black haha
It doesn't "work". Roulette is just a fancy way to roll a dice for the impressionable monkeys among us
