The stickers are for when that is the copy of a card that will go back to the binder. He has a sitcker (color-coded) on a bunch of sleeves. When he pulls the last copy of a card out of the binder, it goes into a sleeve with the appropriate sticker so he knows to put that card back in the binder when he deconstructs the deck.

I think Command Center would have been a pretty good addition here. Allies thwarting side schemes, easy 2 damage to any target.
Ive been brewing a leadership x23 deck with go all out and push ahead. I feel there is some sweet combos there.
