New Planning Laws and changes to Two Storey Extensions from 1st September 2020

The new planning laws have been introducing in England to allow families to extend there properties up to two further storeys to allow growing families additional space. The reforms to the planning laws come in to effect on the 1st August and 1st September 2020 and is hope will create a radical change in planning and cut out planning red tape and allow for fast track applications.
Along with this changes have been made to planning use classes combining a number of previous classes in to a new Class E in the hopes this will allow for diversity in our decreasing town centre locations.
