Cat of nine tails- Captain's daughter- flogger

In this video we use relatively fancy techniques to make a flogger. Originally these were used to lash those breaking rules on a ship. Naturally they used a more simple, improvised version.
This flogger is done around a solid core using a number of different knots. It is a challenging project for the novice, but something quite doable for the intermediate knot enthusiast.
