Here’s the thing, it’s not about who has more sticks, or who has bigger sticks…It’s about who’s sticks are better quality, and who can wield theirs the best. The USA is virtually unmatched in every category, spare a few, and that’s before you even factor in NATO alliance members. Just my two cents as a 10 year combat vet with 5 years experience in joint special operations.

Ok, in battle it carries MORE than just 11 troopers - we took the seats out and packed them in like wood during DS/DS - my bird was too heavy so I burned some fuel and turned my platoon into the wind for takeoff ... I had 18 Air Assault troopers and their weapons and gear for a forced entry into Iraq.

The afterburner injects extra fuel into the exhaust of the engine, not into the combustor.
