The only one I’d own would HAVE TO be the 7.3, such a BA vehicle. I’m in love with these, and you went above and beyond with your build. Gorgeous machine 👌🏻
this is the best conversion with this feathered face from a 250 pickup truck. it is a pity that many do not see how harmoniously it looks in profile. they put a face from the next generations of pickups, but it is with this generation that the excursion is in complete harmony.
Beautiful truck ! My fav all time s u v lol I worked the drilling rigs in Alberta Canada years ago and we used these as crew trucks lol I’ve sat in many excursions back in the day
I really like the coilovers on solid axels. I have a land rover discovery 1 with this setup and it's a beast offroad. The only thing whoever buys then might want to add for offroad crawling is a sway bar disconnect.
Thanks! No, this kit actually used the original axle up front. Fabtech used to offer an adapter kit, but no longer does now unfortunately. The front lift kit was $11.5k...

Thank you, I agree. This is the best front end conversion for the Excursion body style. The newer body just does not look as good to me
American technology of those years, outside looks better than inside .
100% haha
That is beautiful and sounds amazing!!
Thanks for the kind words!!

Thank you! Still the best SUV ever made

Good point, and i totally agree
Damn you got a nice clean bad ass truck! A real full size suv. Non of that mid size. Super nice. I’m sure very expensive. But it looks great. 👍🥃
Thanks!! It was an awesome build
@@gagefixeseverything what size lift?
I like the front end on this Excursion
Me too. I usually think this front end looks bad, but the Harley Davidson parts are Super cool.
@@gagefixeseverything have you ever thought of putting the interior of a 2008-2016 Super Duty into the Excursion?
amazing build
Thank you!
Ford please bring back the excursion! I love my 01 7.3 limited but she's getting tired! Not the engine but everything else at only 280k miles lol
Man i wish, but they can't due to size / stupid EPA rules. If you need Excursion work, Call Excursions Unlimited LLC!
Do you have the build list I want to build it just like this
This was a truck we sold at my shop, Excursions Unlimited LLC. We build custom Ford Excursions
Very nice truck! Would you happen to have links for the power steering parts? I would love to install those on mine.
Thanks! We had the parts custom made, but your options are PSC or AGR steering for the ported pump, gear boxes, and hydro assist
I've always thought these were a cool big ass suv. This one is just perfect 🤌
Thanks! My company is Excursions Unlimited LLC.
@@gagefixeseverything that's sweet! I'm looking at one here in Colorado that's around $16,000 with 205,000 on her.
Badass setup bro. Did you have to change the axle to do the coilover front springs or where you able to do it with the original axle?
Thanks! No, this kit actually used the original axle up front. Fabtech used to offer an adapter kit, but no longer does now unfortunately. The front lift kit was $11.5k...
@@gagefixeseverything That suck lol. I was actually intrested in doing that to my Excursion. Do you know of anyone else that offers this kit.
How much? Serious offer?
This truck sold for $61,200 back in January of 2022.
Do you have a list and price of all the body work that was done to the truck?
No I do not sorry.
Is there a catalog of spare parts for the car on the Internet?
no
Top notch 👌
Thanks!
18mpg... holy smokes.. I'm averaging 11mpg with my 7.3 ex 😢. How did you get it that high? Tune?
A GOOD tune and quality parts. Stage 3 injectors with stage 2 turbo. You can do alot with better injectors, not just for power
Which injectors do you use ?
where did you get the custom badging at?
it was custom made
I found a place as well
Love it
Thanks!
Did I miss the height of the lift?
10.5 inches from stock. 8.5 compared to an F250
What alpine door speakers are you running
I dont remember what they were honestly
What size wheels and tires? Gorgeous rig
40 inch tires on 22inch wheels. THANKS!
If you don’t mind me asking how much did it go for ?$$$
This truck was sold for $62k
what’s the lift that it had?
Fabtech coilover conversion lift, but it is no longer produced.
What is the brand of the rear sway bar if you dont mind me asking?
RiffRaff diesel sold this one
What upgraded turbo did you go with?
KC stage 2
Hi... Is this truck still available
Its sold sorry

How did you get the Mag-Hytec transmission pan to work on the Excursion? Thanks
Just bolted it up
@@gagefixeseverything iirc on Mag-Hytec’s webpage it says trimming of the transmission crossmember is necessary on the excursions
What's the sales price?

It is already sold. We sent it off to Alabama today.
I have one almost just like it for sale
Судя по радиатору,пробег 200 плюс бережное хранение! Расширительный бачок новый! Чел очень не лез в двиг,там явно проблемы.
yeah
$13,000 for paint wow it's nice though
Yeah.... its hefty, but beautiful
20002
yup
Saying " cold start" is so old.
Well, it wasn't a warm start for sure.... You can tell alot about a diesel by the way it cold starts. Compression and injector condition mainly.
@E4motors
for sure
Must be nice having money to blow
@@cadilac7775 I agree
$13,000 for a paint job, wow !
It's a show quality job for sure, too bad it was not clean for the video
