Easy Baked Falafel from The Healthspan Solution Cookbook Recipe Review [Vegan] (No Talking)

This Baked Falafel recipe from The Healthspan Solution by Julieanna Hever and Ray Cronise is vegan, super easy, and great on salads or a pita sandwich.
This month we look at 3 recipes from The Healthspan Solution by Hever and Cronise.
Week 1: Fiest Corn Strew (p. 103)
Week 2: Baked Falafel (p. 176)
Week 3: Bean Burger Formulator (p. 178-179)
➡️ The falafel freezes nicely after baking. Just be sure they cool completely before putting them in your freezer. When you want to use them again, warm them up in your oven, microwave, or toaster oven. Just don't overheat them so they stay nice and soft in the middle and not too crusty on the outside.
➡️ I tested this recipe out in both my oven and air fryer. For me, the texture of the oven batch was better, but both worked. You may need to test out the heat setting and length of time in your air fryer if you go that route. Mine got a thick crust quickly but were still uncooked in the center. My oven also took about 15 minutes longer, so watch yours and wait until they get a nice brown crust.
➡️ The recipe calls for processing the batter in a food processor, but I happen to know from previous experience (before I got a food processor) that it works in a blender as well.
