You know, the fake cheeriness to pull off the voice, then, as you cut the recording, your smile slowly fades away and you sigh very heavily and keep repeating to yourself that you're getting paid for it.
Usually though, for scripts like those, it's not paid a lot. But to be fair, no amount of money can bring back an honor after the words "mommy I love boobie" come out of your mouth.

As someone who's voiceacted before, I would've gotten my mates together in the studio, opened a few cans with them while laughing our asses off at this train crash of a script. I've had similar scripts before - it usually takes more than a few recordings for them to be spoken neutrally, without the smile or imminent breakdown audible.
