this is great but i was wondering how can the same posture be accomplished with active hand movement like computer typing/studying. In that case does have to let go off the shoulder roll and just focus on the stretchsitting part ?
If you are using a computer while stretch sitting it is necessary to bring the computer closer too you so that you don't have to change the optimal arrangement of the shoulders. In the Gokhale Method Foundations course, you learn how to stack sit which can often times be more practical for doing tasks while seated.
Sorry you're having trouble, Charles. If your chair lacks something at the top to wrap the strap around, you can run the extension straps down and around the base of the seat, or around a mechanism underneath. Send us a picture at info@gokhalemethod.com if you need further help!
Our other video has instructions specifically for installation in cars: th-cam.com/video/y1bJMlseX8U/w-d-xo.html We would like to help you get it situated on your desk chair, though. This is a great question for Esther in an upcoming Free Workshop (or you can email us as I noted earlier): gokhalemethod.com/classes-services/free-classes
I need to get one of those! This is off topic, but you move very gracefully. ☺

I cannot figure this thing out.

Thanks! I might try it in my car, because I can't find a comfortable position with my desk chair.
