I’m sure Tesla is smart enough to patent all their technologies, therefore anything similar in other car brands are just “similar” and not blatantly “copied.” Look at the IT industry or even fashion. Products are gonna resemble each other in some ways and when it’s clear something has been plagiarized, they are free to take it to court.
