Started playing generation zero as soon as it became available on Xbox Gamepass. Bit of a different game compared to the PC version. Still really enjoying it. The game wasn't what I was expecting at first.

When I started a new character I noticed that I had all the safe houses my main does and all the same missions finished. And on my main all the specialty weapons( gold rocket launcher and such) were accessible again.

When i first saw. The base building i was if-ing it. I only started playing GZ a month ago and seeing this i think the best of mayhem would commence in the near future

Random off topic question, when farming from rivals is the loot dropped effected by things like, time taken to kill, damage taken, destroying multiple components? Off topic I know, but if anyone is aware of this its here lol.

i know this was done a long time ago but was wondering if you could help with the ammo part. I did what you where saying but somehow it didnt work for me and was wondering if you have any tips to help me do this correctly please and thank you.

I would love to see a video if possible, on experimental ammo how to get it because I have struggled so hard with finding schematics and recourses for the one schematic I have. If there is a really simple answer just replay maybe I am struggling for no reason. :3
For the ammo your after play until you do base building then do the easiest mode every time you finish it you get a random ammo there are 21 to 24 in total can't remember off the top of my head. Then play on hard mode to get 3 uranium and not 1 or 2 break down all other ammos to make more experimental. Use electric ammo on the experimental hand gun (second to meta) meta being electric on the ag4 experimental gun.

You just have to manually delete all the characters from your save! Its a bit of an odd way to make a new game but its what we've got for now :)

What are the best guns with standard ammo
How do you complete the bike speed challenge? I tried going downhill but can't seem to get it to go any faster....
Late by 7 months but use the moped.

anyone knows the updated location of 5 crown weapons?
I'm returning on Xbox from PS and the two main locations where i go to get my two favorite 5 crown weapons are affected by an update
the G3 or AR4 isn't at it's normal location due to the boat it rested in being removed
the 5 crown Bretta .50 Cal has been downgraded to a 4 crown quality
The one on the boat ur refering to is actually the ai76 which is pretty much an ak47. U have to do a mission to get it to spawn but i know where there is a 4crown one!

I accidentally once deleted my profile on ps4 and had to start everything from the beginning, idk for pc
Delete all of your characters in the character selection screen and you start from scratch, except your plundra. so for full fresh start you need to empty your plundra too!

doesn't appear to be working on PC either from my testing (DLC dupes). deleted all characters, just original ammo numbers now. 20, 200 etc.

It does just only about 2 feet in front of your character (within punching distance) so its just a much shorter reach than you'd expect! Bird have the best range but i find i prefer buck in the exp shotty my dude :D

It does but wood routing is a bit diffeeent now as that wood no longer respawns. Gunna have a vid on new farming methods very soon!

Nice guide! However, it feels a bit too much like cheating using that "recreate character"-exploit for massive amounts of ammo at the start of the game.
That's totally fair man! Can't help the pandoras box scenario 😅
to be fair your trading your use of the stash box when you do this as your stash will almost always be way beyond the weight limit in dup guns ammo and attachments from dlc weapon packs
specially if you have the grenade launcher
the 3 ammo types alone after 5 dups is enough to block a player from being able to move with the max carry capacity skill unlocked
a good thing about it though is the dup weapons can be deconstructed for crafting mats

I hate video titles like this. He's talking about exploiting the game from the beginning. Something you might do if you've already beaten it or have lots of hours clocked in. But he calls the video "HOW TO GET THE BEST START IN GENERATION ZERO" all caps. I just bought the game last night. I don't want starting exploits I wanna know the basics. Thank you so much for making it that much harder for me to find the video I actually want. -_-
Seems like the ultimate start to me 🤷🏻♂️ if you don't wanna do the dupes, then don't do them.
@@KOtheRipper good point. I think I just got flustered looking for some kind of starting guide. There were a bunch like this. Y'know "Best starter guide!" And then it was all exploits or something. LoL :)
@@tarrker it's more fun playing through blind anyway. I put the game down for months and recently came back. The best weapons I had were all blue 2 star weapons. Now since we have dirtbikes its been alot more fun exploring the huge map and finally getting into experimental weapons
This is a joke beat the game all ammos all med experimental allguns all 1 and 2 blue prints all locations and quests done solo on hardest mode in under 78 hours.
Didn't collect the collectibles no point not a trophy hunter. And still working on blue prints 3 to 5.

no sir i’ve ridden past enemies before they only spot you if they’re within 3 feet cause i’ve come across tanks like that hunters and dogs they didn’t even know i was there 9:14 they were only 10 feet away
