I was observing a wolf, two tanks and a couple of harvesters having a bit of a spat yesterday, and through tech view, you could see that the wolf was definitely healing itself after each wave of bombardment from the Harvester rockets or the Tanks cannon.
Me and wifey play on PS4 (if that makes a difference) and she showed me a video cap of a couple of wolves machines healing themselves while being hammered on by two tanks and two harvesters. I can confirm that the Spetznaz (spelling?) Wolf machine can heal itself. I was wondering why they were so easy to take out, yet the tanks and harvesters had such a hard time taking them down. This is why.
Me and hubby play on Xbox X and can also confirm that high-class wolves seem to heal themselves. We once spent all the ammo we were carrying on one who was constantly healing itself and its minions. Took us way too long to realize that component was bugged out and indestructible lol. Luckily it was fixed the next time we logged on. 🤷♀️
I so this is well there's a nice view of the battle that I watched for about 2 hours well it's healing it also sends the smaller round Mech into a frenzy and they will Target a marked enemie
They even heal other Soviet machines. Not sure I want to mess with one yet. Hoping the firebird is the hardest. I’ve taken down a mod tier before but it’s still a terrible idea for me lol.
I came across one of those Wolf that had laser trip mines the other day. It was so cool because i have fought plenty of them since the new update but never seen one with that weapon.
I've only really just started playing Generation Zero & I just don't understand why everyone is not playing this Underrated Game. It's so much better than COD, etc..... I haven't got the Specialist Weapons which most GZ Players have, but I'm still learning how the Game plays... :-) .....
Disarming Tanks, Harvesters and even hunters is the way I always go about fighting, but I had no idea where the shock and toxic components where until this vid, thanks Tenebris. I've also noticed that these new machines while dealing stupid amounts of damage (my first fight with a bunch of lyxns and I was downed twice, wtf??) they're also pretty easy to destroy. I sort of like that idea, the only problem is I had only just got used to being a badass by stomping into a bunch of machines and laughing at their pitiful attempts to kill me, then these blighters show up.
Awesome vid! Just wanted to share a base building trick i discovered. If you put a resistance wooden gate infront of a resistance sandbag shooting position, it will act like a double wall. The gate will actually open if you stand in the sandbag shooting position
I'd say it's a balancing thing with the wolfs health. It has some insane damage output and can spawn lynx so to counteract it is weaker overall in defenses.

So I was going to kill a rival then I thought about this video and I got to it and it was fighting a wolf so I started attacking the harvester getting rid of the gas when it was distracted but the missiles were gone already so once i did that I killed the wolf and i had a pet rival :D
I feel like those would be a mega set basically the wolf having four Lynx's in package with the toy. There could also be a BAF. Build A Figure. Where you buy various figures that come with bigger pieces or smaller which can be used to build a bigger toy the Reaper. Or the reaper can be it's own figure.
I know it's a little old but I am fully in line with this. If you really wanted to go the extra mile of monetization with merch, include a reaper component with every set. Get the whole collection and you can build your own reaper.
I started a massive battle I had 2 tanks 2 harvesters and way to many hunters and doggos and 3 big soviet bots and a shit ton of of guns on balls. It was a beautiful battle
It would be pretty awesome to see the Soviet machines take on the Reaper. I would love to see em fight to the DEATH. I've been actually attempt to spawn in a reaper just so it could fight the Soviet machines!
I actually done that accidentally. There were 2 wolf(s) with their own lynx army and since both of them could heal each other they were immortal and managed to damage my reaper to 80% of its health without them suffering ANY damage.
To be honest the the new big robot that has barrage missiles and a Gatling gun on it I just called that a locust because it looks like a locust that acts like a locust and it behaves like one the only difference is it doesn't actually have it where I can go on all four and start you running around on a track but when it gets up and start walking Mia pretty much as a locust from Halo
Hay dude watch ya vids alot and take note on how to take them out tanks are my fave to take out. Shooting th guns and leaving them weaponless. So therapeutic when it's done 😃

Hey tenebris! Just wanted to let you know that the Wolf and Lynx will fight the Reaper boss and that his shock wave attack does in fact 1 shot both of them. Potential loot farming method?
After watching this video last night, I got home from work today and immediately tried to get myself a pet tank, killed the first one but succeeded the third and fourth times. now I have two pet tanks. the second attempt was a harvester and I accidentally killed that while trying to shoot the gas canisters on the leg lol.
Wolf scouts now have more hp cause now its possible to make even those friendly cause i have as its switching to assault form destroy its rocket pods it will stun it and it will go back to its tank form making it friendly cause it will make it think its in assault form when its not but that worked for me idk if i bugged mine but yeah
This isn't the only way to tame the machines! So, once I was fighting against a wolf machine and there was a tanknext to me that was also shooting at the wolf. After the wolf got destroyed, the tank didn't didnt even attack me. Usually if you stand right to a tank then it will use its shock wave ability but it didn't even do that. After I shot the tank and it immediately started attacking me!
I can't seem to get any of the new weapons I've got every experiential weapon before the new ones added everytime I kill a reaper it's a duplicate any suggestion to farm the new weapons
So when you havk in solo play you get a blue glow indicating there hacked,in coop I don't see any indicator of them being hacked, can someone help me with this
My tech view in the binoculars doesn’t look like that. How do you have that? And I would like also if it would be possible to do a loadout tutorial or showcase. Because I didn’t Half the things you have equipped on your guns existed.
See here's the thing though about the Wolves healing themselves through my research they only seem able to heal themselves while they got the Linux is around them once they die the wolf can't heal anymore at least from my findings
Enemies work differently now I’ve found if I leave my game to menu and come back enemy’s will respawn along with all components 😊👍 that apocalypse type could be a FNIX next time you spawn so be careful 😊
I really wanna play gen zero again at the moment but I can’t as I’m still distracted by dying light 2 and in a few weeks destiny 2 witch queen is out but I’m looking forward to play generation zero on my series x for the first time
im actually enjoying the update. i think overal they did a pretty good job. not gonna say petfect. my biggest issue is the aim assist (thats always been in the game). with the rollies moving around so much and zooming in between other robots it pulls the reticle with it when tryig to aim at other bots. like i thought groups of hunters were bad, but this is very annoying when going for component shots. and for others who say that you can turn it off, no you can't. there is no such option and never has been on ps4. if pc has it id love to know, so i can ask "wtf"
when you disarm they try to stomp you running nonstop like crazy doing a lot of damage, not the best pet if you ask me :) but yeah they are easier to deal with later especially if they are other machines joining the fight, your fully disarm rival won't annoy that much except trying to stomp u every 30 secs or so haha

i started neutering rivals 10 days ago after insuring they can still level up without their weapons. i did freak out though once the soviet machines came on the scene. so whats the official word? can the soviet tanks kill your carefully preserved rivals? i dont think ive lost any yet .
They totally can and they can "turn" themselves into rivals too, its all random chance but if they win fights near you then its kinda the same if you won the fight :D

Since i am a fairly new player (introduced to gz by you) a wolf has managed to clear out 2 signal beacons for me, which kinda leaves me wondering if they can destoey beacons that are far away and take away the kill credit from you making it impossible to finish the signal beacon challange.
I have three tanks that have no guns and stuff 2 are prototype tank and 1 military tank but the military class tank died and prototype died too now I have one prototype tank
i thank you, it normally takes me over 700 rounds of 7.62 ap to take out a military class tank alone (please note i can't shoot for sh*t, no seriously i can barely hit a tank at 200 meters with the n60 lmg in short controlled bursts, i use it mostly cus a 170 round box mag helps with aim like mine and its a blue so high performance for my current point in the game) i mean my play style is halfway between a semi stealth shoot from cover with running and gunning for open areas so combine that with my really bad aim, i would be able to be carried by a player who just started the game im so bad, i can't even take hunters in open combat without the n60, and thats just prototype class, so i thank you, this will help me save ammo by knowing where to aim....still gonna miss a lotta shots tho btw does anyone else sneak about hunting runners and hunters (and now lynxes too) for ammo and medkits before doing a mission? especially the lynxes cus from the ones i have killed so far (thats not many) they seem to drop a lot of 12g (seriously before the landfall update i had only 30 of each shell type and now i have over 200 buckshot alone, not that i have shotgun worth using right now, its a rusted out 1 star that does little against runners as is), .44 magnum rounds, 7.62, first aid and steel not only that, but lynxes seem to drop more accelerant that even a hoard of hunters (i ran into huge pack of them, about 15 of them, probably down to the sheer amount of noise i had been making, and had to go rambo with the n60 to survive, oddly the most satisfying waste of 2 boxes of 170 rounds of 7.62 fmj) oh and sorry for the rant, im not exactly short worded in text, unlike in speech where i try to get it over with asap, btw do you have any videos or tips of how to get from A to B quickly and efficiently whilst avoiding contact with machines I.E. to conserve ammo to take on a big unit like a tank (because as i mentioned, i can't shoot for sh*t so i need all the ammo i can get)

For wolves shoot the optic till it breaks then shoot the transforming module which is the spotlight and for good measure destroy one rocket pod.

You have to upgrade your binoculars. You can do that by gaining skill points.

wait, what about reaper, can you really disarm reaper? it's the largest machine i think in the game, is there a way or it is impossible
I only disarm them if it's a rival that I don't want dead otherwise I kill it with a kvm 59 with shock ammo (not experimental)

I did disarm a scout Wolf somehow, belive me or not
