It's lenguadocian as far as I'm aware :) the variation of occitan spoken around Toulouse and to the Spanish frontier (assuming I remember my maps properly). (I am assuming i understood what you were saying properly, I barely know Spanish and I had to rely on French parallels here :") )

Look up Provençal; Gascon or Lenguadocian cultures. (They're not the only Occitan ones, but their the ones I know off the top of my head) You should get a good idea of what became of the old occitan culture :)
