Hello sir thanks for the video. We have a mf 1105 with very weak hydraulics. How would I troubleshoot the problem?

Could be any number of things causing low system flow and or pressure so your going to have to do a system flow and pressure test. Get yourself a good repair service manual they usually have the test points in that manual and how to go about it, if you don't want to try this yourself then tract down a good mobile mechanic with the right hydraulic testing tools to do a hydraulic system test for you but you will still need the repair manual for the right numbers. Hope that helps I know it's probably not the answer you were looking for but every tractors issues are different so that's about all I can offer up, good luck with your trouble shooting.

Your lucky I still had the little box the kit came in with the part# cause I have a tendency to not throw shit out when I'm supposed to lol. Okay the kit I got was from HY-CAPACITY tractor parts part# 8302083 you can look it up on their website www.hy-capacity.com I just got mine from a local tractor parts supplier I never checked with AGCO with them I think you have to buy each o-ring separate. Just so you know the kit has all the o-rings that the pump uses and the outside dust seal but the kit does NOT have the pump shaft cup seal in it, mine was fine but a lot of times they are shot so for that one you would have to get from a dealer; hope that helps you out.

Yes the pump is a 8 piston pump each one is a removable spring loaded cartridge unit along with 8 spring loaded pressure valves if that's what your saying.

Cómo es el ensamblaje de los pistones???

If I understand what your asking the right way, I did not take apart the pressure piston or relief valve side of the pump just separated the two sides to reseal it in the center where it was leaking from. Pressure piston side is the front of the pump where the input shaft goes in, relief valve side is at the back of pump they are all cartages that bolt or screw into the pump body and have to be removed one by one if you want to repair them.

Hola como ajustar la presion dela bonba

If I understand what your asking correctly "how to adjust pump pressure" You don't adjust these pumps their made to pump full capacity or run idle when no load is detected ie closed port system and use two 2 pumps the main radial high pressure piston pump you see me working on and then a low pressure charge pump in the transmission. There's a series of flow and check valves throughout the tractor that control all the different functions on said tractor. If you want a little more detail I will give you a basic overview, these tractors work on a three 3 system circuit "low pressure/low volume circuit" "low pressure/high volume circuit" "high pressure circuit" and these circuit's are all controlled by external regulating valve. That's about all I can tell you about them in a nutshell if you want details on a repair problem your having you need to get yourself a repair book then read up on how to do the hydraulic tests, or find someone that has the tools that can help you close to where you live; sorry wish I could be more helpful but that's the best I can do.

If you mean that rubber cup type seal with the wear o-ring that slip's onto it that's on the main input shaft it does not come in the reseal kit. You will need to get ahold of a Massey Ferguson/Agco dealer it's a separate part sold on it's own, and yes they can be hard to get even from the dealer's. I'm sorry I don't have a part number on hand for it as mine was still in good shape, got very lucky as most time's that's what leak's on these pump's. This pump was leaking from one of the o-ring's on one of the high pressure port's on the relief valve side of the pump.

Sorry I had to us an internet language translate, hope I got this right. What country was this model of tractor built in? They where built here in Canada in the 1970's and sold here in the North American market. There was three model's in this tractor line 1105 - 103hp 1135 - 122hp and 1155 - 140hp, hp meaning horsepower. The 1105 and 1135 like mine used the Perkins AT6 354 6 cylinder engines ( just different turbo's) very very good engine, the 1155 had a Perkins V8 engine a very bad engine so stay away from that one. All three where the same otherwise ie transmissions/rear drives/ castings and all. How to bring or import tractor's to your country? I'm sorry I really have no idea how to go about, that's something I have never done. There are company's that do offer export services that ship equipment world wide but the cost to ship an old tractor would be more than the tractor's worth would be my guess? Hope I was able to give you some answers, good luck in your tractor search; take care and safe travels.
