- Coolster 125CC ATV review and modification recommendations. Like I stated in the video, all of these modifications have made huge differences on these machines! I would totally recommend the Coolster ATV's. Make sure you break them in properly and change the oil a few times before you let your kids really open the up!!!! And remember, these ATV's don't have oil filters.. So change the oil after 5 or 6 hours of ride time. After the purchase price and modification costs, I am still under a thousand dollars invested. You could buy two and half of these for the price of a stock name brand machine.

I wanted to correct my original comments about the jetting size on the Nibbi carb. I used the 120 jet, not a 140. Also, the newer Coolster carb doesn't allow you to remove the fuel bowl.
I am interested in upgrading the carb on my Coolster 3125R 125cc quad, and I don't think I am finding the right boot connector for the air intake. Could you please post the link to the exact carb and boot connector(s) you used? It would really help me out a ton!
What gas filter? You didn’t post it.
Was the Sprocket 12T worth it ?? Or am I better off going up on Rear Sprocket? To get the same kind of Acceleration ?
And spacers how they hold up?

Brett, are you still happy with the Nibbi carbs? How did the Nibbi bolt up to the to the green Coolster with the shorter intake manifold? Where you able to use the stock pilot jet that comes with the Nibbi?
Still happy with all the upgrades. We bought a large piece of land and my boys have been ridding their quads all summer with no issues.
My 6 year old saved up his money and bought that Apollo 110 dirt bike. That thing screams!! No upgrades on that guy for a long time. I’m anticipating a E.R visit in the future. My youngest has no fear!

Did you have to get a different manifold intake pipe? I what a 125cc coolster and the 26mm carb doesn't have the same flange connection, so I got a the gofit intake manifold pipe for the GY6 and this makes my carb sit at an angle which is messing up the floats and causing it to run rich
I bought the Nibbi CG intake manifold air joint boot connecter. The carb doesn’t sit totally level. But it works and it a million times better than that garage stock carb.

Hey Brett, any updates with the Nibbi's performance on Coolster ATVs? I have a 2017 Coolster that I'm on the fence, and was hoping to hear how well they have performed.

@@Thebeast-oi9zg Thanks for confirming. I would love to see a video of how the ATVs run. Just watched the 110cc Apollo bike video, that thing screems right off the line for a single speed. I also forgot to ask, are your Coolsters a 3 speed or full auto?

Have you installed the new black carb yet? If so, how does it run?
So the Nibbi carbs are a very solid upgrade. My boys put a full weekend of riding on them at the dunes, and we had zero issues. I might pull back my recommendation on the sprocket change. One of the clutches on the quads has already wore out. The replacement was only 12 bucks. But I’m going to swap it out and see if they hold up. I’m thinking I actually caused the clutch to wear out since I was riding it around after each mod. If the other quads clutch wears out I’ll let you know.
Other than that, these things are damn solid! I had a ton of local campers asking about them.
Brett, thank you for confirming. Did you need to purchase any additional parts to install them into the Coolsters? Any pictures you could post up of them installed? I have a Coolster, and an Apollo 125 Atv that I am considering installing them into.
Are your ATVs fully auto, or semi auto?
Hey Brett, could you provide the links to the adapter, and the carb you installed? Have you pulled spark plug to verify the air/fuel mix is good? I didn't realize the carb in the video was the Nibbi unit. Could you confirm your elevation?

Just buy a Yamaha and not have to do all that!
