Personally I'm looking forward to using him to help Fran loop, since I don't have an MLB KScope or her 2nd append. His 3rd skill provides the 20% charge and the debuff immunity she needs, so I'll finally be able to 3T consistently with her in a double Skadi setup.

Did the game remove the abillity to manually reset the roulette after getting grand prize? I'm in Box 1 and I can't reset wheel like I normally can. I was hoping to speed run getting Mats and not have to collect 600 lotto materials... that is like 3,000 materials just to be able to get Santa Karna...

Guts remove isn't "insane". It's hardly relevant when most removable guts only revive like ~2.5k HP, which can easily be cleaned by cards.
