you totally put the spring washer o-ring in wrong order. should be o-ring, washer spring then fuel screw

Is there anyway you could make a video showing where all the hoses go?

The air/fuel needle. Doesn't it go needle, spring, washer, then o-ring? I think you put that in backwards?

Its opposite when the float falls down it fills with gas when the float rises it closes the seat stopping gas flow. I think you meant the same thing .

Excellent video, thanks. I got a question about the spring clip that binds the float with the float valve. Is it suppose to hold the float tab tight on the valve pin (without compressing it of course) or dingle freely with a gap? I had the concept that the valve regulates the fuel flow so when the float compress the valve pin it stops the flow OR the float lifts the whole valve UP and by so allowing the fuel to flow through the tapered front of the valve (which in this case, the spring pin on the valve is just to dampen the vibration?

I have a question and hope you can help me. I have this same quad. The rubber boor that attaches to engine intake keeps blowing off. Is it just the clamps being old and not tight enough? So frustrating as soon as I accelerate the boot pops off.

depends on the type of quad. on my yamaha bear tracker (the one in the pic) needed a whole new part that bolts onto the top end. the boot was one with the engine and not 2 separate parts. but on a grizzly im working on it gets kept on with a hose clamp. so do some research and you can find out. hope this helps. good luck

I've been building carburetors for 40 years, your wrong on the jet assembly, spring first over jet, o-ring, then washer. READ YOUR MANUAL...
