This series is focused around an America where things took a different turn in history, and where bizarre and unexplainable events occur near national landmarks like the Statue of Liberty or Mount Rushmore. That girl that encountered that Rockefeller tree had an x ray examination and the nurses kept saying "everything is backwards" and if you remember, it was stated that the man in "cornerfolk", after entering the corner world had all of his organs rearranged as well, so could that girl have went to the corner world?
The man who went to the corner world had his organs folded randomly instead of just flipped. Good theory but watching further in the series completely disproves it.
My theory is that in the other dimension the kids went to, normal people’s organs were on the other side, and so her organs were normal for our universe, but they’re flipped in the other universe so the nurses thought her organs were backwards. They were replaced by the versions of them in another universe, so basically the two sets of kids just swapped universes. That’s just my theory though.

@@LynxxGDi feel this is probably the case as this is also supported by the fact the girl mentioned that she wonders if "her heart was ever on the right side" which I think is both literal and metaphorical.
Literal: In the alternative unsuverse, people's hearts are on the left side but her heart is on the right and the rest of there organs are probably flipped aswell
Metaphorical: she wonders if her heart has always been on the side she believes is the "right side" or if she is just going through Hysteria. Or if anything she believes is right or if shes wrong about everything.

I have a theory. When the 10 kids switched realities, we then proceeded to follow the other reality the original children had been switched to, as the tree was not at the Center, but inside the Washington Monument. Because of the change between the realities, the Cornerfolk then begin to warp that reality in hopes of bringing everything back to normal.

The Washington monument is after Rockefeller tree in the time-line
24:00 It does say one day after radiation therapy. While radiation does kill cells, it can also mutate them into cancer cells that begin to rapidly divide at a much faster rate than normal. From what it looks like, they didn't apply *enough* radiation to actually kill it, so Alcatraz became cancerous instead.
So, instead of fixing the problem, we made it worse (as we humans always do)

I used to see cornerfolk when I was a very young child. They were like shadows and they terrified me. There were no trees outside of our house, nothing that could make shadows the way I was seeing them.

If that makes sense.i always see them in my eyes, they are in my face, always 7 or so meters away, when I look again it’s gone, a cold chill behind me, I was behind one once, it went to the room my mom and sister was in. On the 3rd video, the section called "Alcatrazosis ( 20:40)" shows (in a distorted way) what happens during the process of Mitosis that cells undergo to reproduce. In the main prison, the circular thing is the nucleus, with the genetic material inside. You can also see centrioles and mitochondria, indicating that Alcatraz could be a giant cell

@@mic2348 I think the origami bit was more just that he went into a dimension of pure folds and corners, so he came to understand those ideas super well on a conceptual level.

In the final video you can see the statue peaking, then a scream of a little girl is heard, then you can hear skin pulling, this implies that the statue put the girl it murdered's skin on it's face, that's what was peeking before the camera cut

Nope, if you've watched farther in the series, we all know that the "Head with the Flesh" that's peeking is a Canyon Crown.
Do note that you can also see Freedom's peeking head right when the recording started and before the scream.
I swear this man makes these series less scary. I love watching his videos even if i have to sleep with my door closed and lamp turned on at night with my cat. But those are my favorite nights so good job.
Virginia in wonderland: My main theory is, she is a girl from a dimension like own where our hearts are on the left in our other organs are arranged in a way in which we’ve come to know them. After interacting with the special organism identified as a tree, she was transported to an alternate reality where the tree was never put up and New York has a slightly different build. Upon inspection by the nurses from the alternate reality, it was revealed that their organs were backwards. This could mean that the dimension they were teleported to was a “mirror dimension“ in which history plays out mostly the same. Besides, a few slight differences. In the alternate world where John D. Rockefeller Jr is president, the biology is different due to their hearts being placed on the right, unlike the hearts of Virginia, and her friends from the OG dimension.
The line
“I wonder if my heart was ever in the right place” could be her questioning the nurses reasoning.
There is actually a medical condition that flips your insides but it is not dangerous at all

For example Dean and MLK were already dead, while in that universe they were alive, also if they didn't know the dates why would they add them?? Plus they can always just check the wiki or google it

I love this analogue horror mainly because I get it but because I'm awful with dates and names I just can't retain they story. I've watched wendigoon cover this and he's so good gets so indepth but there's just sooooo much going on my brain probably only just grasps the basics. So here I am hoping to start over and take more in. I love this channel ❤️ I'm only a new sub but I'm super enjoying going through all the analogue horror videos even if I've seen them covered already, seeing them again or eith a different perspective is really helping me remember them all better.

I haven’t seen the other seasons, but from this season alone, my theory about the alternate universes and Rockefeller Tree Tragedy is that the Washington Monument was named after George Washington because he (or rather, his doppelgänger) came from that special tree. This would explain why he is buried far away, as they couldn’t explain this phenomenon, and it would also explain how only 19 Washington Absentees were recovered from the monument. I think the Rockefeller Tree also explains how MLK, RFK, and James Dean are alive in 1968, as by that point they were all dead in our world, and the fact that Dean and Rockefeller are ex-presidents, whereas in our timeline, they were just a businessman and an actor respectively, and how Windows Movie Maker is Maize Movie Maker.
Do you think you could maybe read out the text/dialogue that's spoken in another language next episode? For visually impaired people (and ive got an awful astigmatism) it's kinda hard to read sometimes. Thanks in advance if you do, love the stuff!

Hey, just want to say, Mr Manticore actually has a side-series which canonically takes place after season 2 of the Monument Mythos before season 3. It’s called The Nixonverse, and it’s actually heavily reliant on knowledge about MM if you want to watch it (though only after season 2)

Glad I wasnt the only one that thought Alcatraz had a cell like structure in the video, and that it looked like it was preforming mitosis, Seems like its a cell structure or living thing moving. Also expected the Liberty thing to be the Urban Legend of the French using the statue like a Trojan Horse, but failing and dying inside the stature so that's why the smell, but this demon looking thing is significantly weirder than that. Also the thing in Air Force One looks like a Xenomorph

I'm from South Dakota and I've been to Rushmore before. In all honesty I feel like it's really hyped up. The monument itself is probably smaller than you expect and everything from cheap trinkets to ice cream is over priced. Maybe I just had high expectations that weren't reached but idk

Hey bro i watch your vids when i go on flights or train rides and its a great way to pass time, very entertaining. i say if the video already has english captions then its not necessary for more editing. plus i love listening to people speak different languages it adds authenticity

I used to live within ten minutes of Mount Rushmore. The first hour it's pretty cool- but carved faces in stone can only fascinate you for so long.
Hey Marcus, perfectly fine with if you read them with the person. It makes it feel like you are putting in more effort to understand what is happening.
The only thing that might get in the way of this is if the subtitles are not accurately translating what the speaker is saying. It could have hidden messages in there. Having gone through all of Monument Mythos already you can understand the story with the subtitles there, so not to worry about it here.
The only time where the english subtitles are purposely wrong are in Mr Manticore's new series: The Ningen.
