Every shirt, jacket, or jersey I've owned with seem less welds, tend to do the same thing. The bond just doesn't hold up for long, but it's a nice feeling when it's not falling apart.
Spot on - I found this with Pas Normal Studio clothing - fashion over substance . Their bibs just fell apart !! As for their customer service - terrible! 😞
My days of paying daft money for cycling tops are done now I've discovered Siroko. I once paid £160 for a Castelli gabba jersey & the welded seam on the zip went after a couple of rides. It was possible to re-fix it with a warm iron but for that price that shouldn't be an option. I have 2 Siroko tops now & both have been excellent.
I'm happy to splash the cash if it's worth it, and you get a quality product, but annoying when you don't. Yes, ASsos are always excellent, Castelli a notch down, but I do love their Free Aero Race shorts.
I fixed the seams on a rapha jersey with a thin bead of clear silicone. Just enough so it don't squeeze out when you clamp it with two little strips of wood the same length as the repair. A bit bodge but it's held together so far.
Best bibs are Danielo. A small polish brand that quietly makes clothes for mosts world tour pro teams. You just don't see the logo because they are not paying for it, the teams are buying customs from them.
Maap and Rapha are seriously overpriced.I only buy it when heavily discounted. Have you tried La Passione? Very good quality and decent price when discounted. Only downside is you need to spend a lot to get free shipping.
Buy a Coospo. Mine was under 100 usd. Syncs up with hr monitor, candence and speed , and any of my powermeters. Not a color touch screen, but of well. It does work. All the time. It uploads to strava. Done with all the high priced bike computers. If course, you will lose respect from all your cycling friends because it’s not like the cool garmins. But oh well. It works
I got this one in grey and it's one of the worst jersey I've ever bought. It does not breath at all and after few efforts you have wet stains all over the jersey. Absolute crap. On the other hand - New van rysel racer 2 jerseys are an absolute steal. One of the best short and long sleeve aero jerseys ive ever owned.
Take some photos of faulty Rapha jersey and email their customer service. They have been excellent with me. I’ve complained about 3 items in past and each time I’ve been given a voucher for 50% of original cost
@@LaDeigo the thing is though, it's a structural failure of their construction method. Not wear and tear. And as I have many jerseys, I probably only wore this about twenty times.

yeah, at these prices if they don't stand 100% behind the product, then forget it.

Yes, Siroko are very good value. Check out our local Mallorca brand Tanline too!
Same here the older I get the more frugal I get but I never had any problems with my Assos gear can’t say the same for Castelli

Well worth trying. It seems it's either that or a mostly perfect jersey is going in the bin!
I used superglue. All good so far.
Thats why I buy MAAP quality never fails to impress especially with how much I beat my kit up after every adventure.

Thanks, I will check them out!

Yes I do have a couple of La Passione items, but in that price range I prefer Monton, Siroko, and Gobik.
Good review mate. I'm hearing a lot of great things about Siroko 👍
It's good stuff at a good price! Very fast delivery too.
I had the same problem with some shorts from a different brand.
Feel free to name them!
When I ride I wear regular T-shirt and shorts from Lidl. I'm not pro nor compete in any sort of race so why bother?
No problem with that! But proper cycle clothes do dry sweat quicker, and have less drag. Always nice to go a bit faster!

I have a Coospo HR strap!
Siroko as for my opinion has the best quality/price ration on market.
I agree. PNS are asking 220 Euros for a tiny jersey at the moment......

Good to know. Yes, the Decathlon stuff is pretty good, I have some.

Good to know, but shouldn't they just replace it?
@@CyclespeedTours doubt they would replace after 18 months of wear. I kept damaged items, repaired them & bought in sale using vouchers

@@CyclespeedTours Nothing lasts forever.
@@DanTuber No, but more than 20 wears for 180 euros would be nice. That's 9 euros a ride......
Cyclists are known to be stupid when buying things, yes. It's gold mine as far as I'm concerned.
I know there's inflation, but a bit ridiculous?!
CSPD is my favorite.
Cyclespeed?!
@@CyclespeedTours it thai brand apparel. concept speed cc, very good brand. press fit type Apparel no wrinkle no breath problem very elastic
man you are lean lean, kuddos
You should see me after a big dinner!
Great review
You can feel Spain's vibes in this video
Absolutely!
Im sure if you contact Rapha they will repair the fault for you .
Hello, may I know your height?
Hi, 1.74m
@@CyclespeedToursthank you
@@CyclespeedTours Would you recommend a Small or Medium for the jerseys? I'm 1.73m but still 73kg's.
small would be tight, which is how it's supposed to be, and M would be also fone, but a bit more relaxed.
Yes!
"I'm not gonna spend an hour going over ever thread"... and then proceeds to do just that. Wth
are you confusing 60 minutes with around 6 minutes?
