It’s tough because I also have bipolar one just like Kanye, but I am in therapy and dealing my best every day to take care of my health because my dad also had bipolar disorder and I can tell you that it is almost eerie how similar Kanye is acting to the way my father used to act and he would refuse medication and any therapy despite being a doctor himself but he had a big ego had nine college degrees and was the most brilliant human being I’ve ever met and I’m not just saying that because he was my dad, but he allegedly unalive himself 22 years ago when I was 13 and it was substance-abuse in order to self medicate as he said before he left and wasn’t patient enough to wait for an opening at the mental hospital, but I was young so I don’t know all the details. Well, I didn’t know until recently when I found out the gold digger he was with likely murdered him, but that’s a whole other story. Either way he wouldn’t be around somebody like that in his right mind whatsoever I just know that having the disorder can make your life feel like you are a literal superhero and within the same week you will feel like there is hell in existence worse than your reality and it just cycles over and over and over and it will make you even more insane if you ignore it. The mania is scariest part your body who literally allow yourself to go days without sleep or much substance and your mind will be on overload naturally, so for example I could get done what my peers could in a month I could finish the work in graduate school in a manic weekend easily and be depressed the rest of the month basically. I graduated top of my class in art school and I think due to my bipolar disorder. It has allowed me to be more creative or tap into my creative side more as well as having a sense of ego, but I have it in check now I’m just remembering I was manic and unmedicated into be honest to be alive. I hope Kanye somehow gets help for whatever he is diagnosed with and regardless of his flaws or anything he’s said or done to be honest when you are in a state of mania, you can go out of body, and disassociate and not even remember people you met, nonetheless conversations you might’ve had with them that’s the scariest part of all it. Kanye is sadly the walking and talking paradox that is the disease which has made him so genius and yet he is and will always be his own worst enemy if he doesn’t set himself free from this which takes years of work and I’m assuming staying out of the spotlight. Growing up i related to kanye more than any other rapper, as life went on that stayed the same. Im doing very well with my mental health especially since covid when i hit rock bottom it was now or never to start climbing up and stop falling further down the hole i dug myself. Breaks my heart how ye has struggled recently, and now apparently is in a critical time of having to make that climb but i believe this guy is strong, god has used him as a vessel through the music before. 🙏

He still arguably made a lot of great music during the 2010s - for example TLOP is an incredible album and obviously there's MBDTF, but since then there has been a very obvious and sharp decline in his music, and mental health with very little of it at all having to do with the nitrous. Now I will say that it's played a factor because I saw an article that said he was dabbling with it all the way back in 2015, but there are so many other moving parts contributing to his fall off.
