How long to dum the briyani

I was told that Hakkim biryani in front of Trichy Central busstand is worth trying.
Today I ordered mutton biryani.But such worst biryani I never tried any where in my life.
1) Quality of biryani rice is worst.
2) Mutton not cooked well.
3) They served only three bones and a portion of skin. No flush at all.
4) Onion raitha quality was worst - very little Dahi they added i think.
5) Brinjal also worst - they gave dhall with 2 pieces of Brinjal.
6) They gave white coloured square plate, which was wet - not even tried or steamed.
7) When i made complaint, the server just ignored my complaint.
8) Then i went to billing counter, that gentleman also silent to my complaint.
9) Finally i paid and received the bill.
I certainly make complaint to Food and Drug office and to the concerned minister.
When i asked local public, they said..."sir,why you went to that cheater.You could have tried in some other good hotel.In fact they buy from outsider and sell in their outlet - they dont make biryani".
It is great cheating. I don't know whether law finish them or not.But GOD will definitely finish them severely.

How much minutes boiled the rice?
Can u tell how to cook soft mutton,for biryani,if I cook mutton vl b little hard,
You can add raw papaya paste while cook the mutton. Also if you cook mutton with slow to medium flame for little more time mutton will come soft sister. More over it is depending upon the mutton if aged goat mutton will be harder if younger softer.

பாஸ்மதி அரிசிக்கு ஒரு பங்கு அரிசிக்கு ஒன்றரை பங்கு தண்ணீர் வைக்க வேண்டும். அரிசியை பதினைந்து நிமிடம் ஊற வைத்து சமைக்க வேண்டும். சீரக சம்பா அரிசிக்கு ஒரு பங்கு அரிசிக்கு இரண்டு பங்கு தண்ணீர் வைக்க வேண்டும்.
