I found this video so reassuring. I have many of your conditions, but still in their slightly more benign phases (though anticipated to progress). I've always been laughed at for carrying so much in my bag, I'm somewhere between a boy scout and a nurse in that regard. My purse weighs 10lbs (which is a lot for orthostatic intolerance) but it's necessary most days. Bandaids, all of my medication (even naloxone kit because of the pain meds), puke bags (cyclic vomiting)... Unless I'm just going down the street to the store I have to take it all with me. It's so frustrating.
I have eds and pots and people are always like why do you have to much stuff with you

Honestly the design on that bag looks a lot like a few LV bags I've seen. Very trendy without the huge price tag.
I know it's stupid but I never feel like a "proper" spoonie. The main reason is that I need no medical equipment (except sometimes crutches or a wheelchair on bad days) whereas most people with chronic illnesses do. I know that cfs is a valid condition but with it I never feel normal enough to fit in with "normal" or ill enough to fit in with spoonies.
