If you keep the aloe Vera gel in the fridge it's super soothing when you get mast cell reactions and itching etc, I always get the 100% gel and that tends to be best from ones I've tried 🙂
Amy Lee Fisher Realize this is an older video, but I have a suggestion for the mini-ice pack. Get yourself some reusable ice cubes and you can easily pop them in and out when you need new cubes. Have used a larger ice pack like that and got some of the refreezing ice cubes for about £1 at the pound shop. I'm sure you can find refreeze cubes online, if they're not stocked atm..
I live in the states. A lot of those products are from our local dollar store. Such a shame for this box to be so expensive when it's cheap products going into it.
codybear4you, I thought the EXACT same thing!!! I'm so glad she didn’t have to pay for this box! It's such a shame that that subscription box company is taking advantage of people like us that have chronic illnesses! It really makes me mad!!
This is such a cool box. I think it's a great thing to have to at times when you aren't feeling great and you have something to help you feel a little better. I'm not a Spoonie but I do play Volleyball and that little ice pack would be perfect for after I get home from playing and my knees/elbows are swollen and or bruised.
Fallen down a tube rabbit hole after watching you siting yours... I have labile BP and an SVT which can mimic POTS sometimes, but it feels more like if you're in a lift and it suddenly drops a bit and happens at random times during the day. Made me laugh that you said 'I was kind enough to receive..' because that's the kind of word mixing that happens to me so nice to know I'm not alone!
Hi Amy, I’m a new subscriber but I have seen some of your other videos. I thought your tube was for oxygen, I just learned in this video that it is a feeding tube. I’m wondering, are you able to eat anything by mouth? Like the little Apple snacks that came in your box? Are you able to drink anything? I hope you are feeling better now that you’re out of the hospital. Sending love and good wishes!!
Hi my daughter is in hospital with a gastro issue (she's 6 months) are you under rmch? Maby your too old to be under them! Love your videos normalising these issues x
That's funny because I think the stuff over there are the coolest. Lol! Oh yeah..... I'm starting a vlog. I just need to get editing software. My boyfriend is going to help me. I've been through a lot lately.... Mind and body..... And the name of my channel is "mind and body by Becky". I'm excited about this opportunity and I'm also very nervous. I kind of feel stupid sitting around talking to noone.... And hope I get views.... OK, you are so good at what you do with your vlog.... You bear your heart and soul.... And you just rock!!!! OK, I'm going.... Love and respect ***Becky
If the woman's name is Brittani [I have a feeling it is, based on how you pronounced it] or spelled somewhat like that, then it's actually just pronounced the same way you'd say Britney [as in Spears]; it's just spelled differently! Just FYI ;-)!!
Oh my!! I might think it could be A little off putting and sad for some suffering from chronic illness. Possibly funny to others! LOL!! .... I clicked on the Spoonie link and it took me to a Japanese funeral and cremation website. Lol!! OOPS!! Old link. Lol!!!
I’m chronically ill and the whole “spoonie” culture makes me kind of mad. Not you specifically, but like this company. It glorifies and cutifies chronic illness like it’s some fun travel destination.
Sarah Brianna i don't think they glorify anything. I have a cronical illness and i would really enjoy some cute things to make my life easier and not just see the bad things in life... we don't have to be depressed non stop...

wow, i totally didn't think of that! Such a brilliant idea thank you!

A subscription box should not include Dollar Store or 99Cent Store products. That just seems incredibly deceptive. 😰
Honestly most subscription boxes are like that with the exception of a few. But most of them are cheap, trash items that are extremely over priced.

Wow that's pricey especially being aimed for people with medical bills 😅
Is it free?
No, she listed the prices at the beginning. It's quite expensive.
