- PuttTek courses lets you play miniature golf in your backyard. The president of PuttTek, Camron Howell, has been a professional golfer for over 30 years. He wanted to extend his love for the sport to his children by bringing golf to his home. It takes about two days to install each hole on the course. And the turf lasts up to 15 years.

Actually, I looked up the prices on the website, and it's between $400 and $1,500 dollars unless you're out of state, and then it's more like $3,000.

Want a mini golf coarse in your backyard?Go to home depot buy sheets of mdf board and basic pvp pipe fittings for the cups.use a wholesaw to cut out the hole in the mdf.Go to joannes fabric and get you a nice big roll of felt and use spray adhesive to glue it to the mdf.They used felt in the 80's for all the putt putt coarses back in the day.Don't buy into all this expensive synthetic turf crap use your imagination and build the putt putt coarse of your dreams.

It sounds awesome! You put in tons of money to get this, and you totally think that it was worth it! You play it once, then again, and you have lots of fun!
Then you realize you will probably never play it again.
It gets dirty and gross and not as clean looking as before. You lose the clubs and golf balls, and it takes up so much space there isn’t anywhere to relax. There most likely won’t be trees, but if there was, the courses would have leaves or other things dropped from trees on them. Your friends would probably think it’s cool and want to play it and you won’t. You would also need a place to keep supplies, and you would have to walk through the courses to get around.
Please. Do not buy.
