Frequences work through our bodies up to 7 days. So even when you feel good after a session you might wake up with headaches the next morning. So especially for sensitive people: Don't underestimate the intensity of frequencies, find a sound healer who works very mindful and gently and rather channel what you need than follow a system, so you can really benefit from the singing bowls rather than be harmed in the worst case.

But my wife did studies at the University of Michigan on the bowls and she and 2 years of studying the real Singing bowls They came up to the conclusion was the medical aid doesn't do anything Besides a relaxing sound And they're still doing studies but the belief of the Vibrations They cannot find any medical proof that this is even helping at all .

Kalash shrma generally the machined ones have a spot in the outer part at the centre. They are smoother & heavier than the handmade ones and ring for a lot less time. Hope this helps.
According to Joseph Feinstein’s book about singing bowls, it is a myth that they are made with 7 metals. The bowls in this video didn’t sound like they had the sustained harmonies that a true and authentic handmade bowl has that is made of bronze
I wouldn't drink or cook in it! anyway, that is not what they are made for. And from what I've learned, not even sure the bowls really contain 7 metals... (they say so because tourists like to believe that 7 metals is better than 2) but no one was allowed to access the part of manufacture where the mix is done. and no manufacturer won't provide you with a certificate of the composition... so you make your own conclusion.
