I like this game, but because of the outdated leveling system where players are way further ahead just stomping people, and the lack of the atmosphere that is characteristic to games like BF4 and BF1, it was just a battlefield type game with good gunplay and animations. It didn’t have as much staying power, aside from proximity chat. I know it’s indie, and they can’t be as consistent with balancing or updates, but without core changes, the only people who’d stick around are the people that like the niche it fills. I hope these devs continue on to make more refined projects similar to this, because there’s a lot of good here. But idk how long it’d be before they could do that, especially if they keep trying to stick with Battlebit as long as possible.
I don't see what the leveling system has anything to do with playing stomping people. They made leveling 10x faster already, and the best weapons are available at level 1. (UMP-45 and MP7). I personally don't like it when games have every weapon unlocked because there's no progression to look forward to.
@@NigooseOnLoose I’m not saying you should have every weapon unlocked, but new weapons, and especially attachments, being much further along can make things feel grinder than needed. Simple challenges for new weapons would be nice, or at least capping the level requirement needed for a newly added gun.

The devs had formed an absolute gem, the disgusting neglect lead to its downfall, they could have made soooo much more money had they gone free to play and gone with a fortnite approach
Unpopular opinion: While an update is needed its not the only reason why the game is dying, sure not enough new content to get people keep playing but its no longer fun for other reasons too. The community has completely shut out valid complaints regarding its EAC and people bypassing it with aimbots when it was on its peak its still happening now, Sure there are players that play this like COD and end up dying for being dumb.. but do they really want us to believe their not adjusting the way they play by playing more carefully and more aware of the surroundings? While cheating is here, i agree its not that rampant but it still exists these are subtle cheaters that rack up 30-40 kills and 10-15 deaths, and it sucks dealing with them. The other part is the GODLIKE reflexes some players have before i would run into 1 or 3 of them once in every game and probably die twice, but now most casuals get killed by the same sweaty guy 10-20 times throughout one match and that in itself is frustrating. I liked the game for what it stood for on its peak, even bought my friends the game and the Supporter DLC's on steam, but we all just stopped playing because we have matches recorded with lots of cheaters we've even sent them directly to the devs and i log in yesterday just to check what's going on but i've noticed a few still playing with 1-2 bans on their stream profiles and they're still in-game. So if anything if you want to play battlebit just cheat you won't get banned forever anyway
Question: Does BattleBit have Bot Support? I feel like it is really important for Multiplayer games to have Bot Support so that people can still play the game even when without other players
@@dozy6866 essentialy other weapons no because the devs abandoned the game and no longer update it and shotguns are blacklisted because a dev is a cry baby with a skill issue and hates shotguns
@@dozy6866 Dev doesn't want to add shotguns because he is salty about shotguns dominating these kinds of bf games so he doesn't want that to happen to his game
If you play conquest, infantry conquest, and domi on various map sizes its not that hard to find a server (Even more so if you play transatlantic I personally dont find the ping that bad)... Not dead yet but its certainly dying...
If I had a coin for everytime I seen a game with small player base have a Russian among the last servers remaining I would have many coins because I already lost count
the game is no where near being dead. its not doing well for sure, but you can still easily find many populated servers.... i don't understand this "x game is dead" kind of videos...

everybody runs too fast, build like battlefield but plays like quake actually isnt fun
