The 'badge' on the striped jacket is from C&A' s department store who were very big in the '60's thru to the '80's....theyre very well known 😁

C & A is a European clothing shop. I'd say inbetween Mark's and Spencers and Primark. They used to have shops all across the UK but they closed in the late 90s early 2000s

I love all of your finds, especially the blouse with the prominent collar. There is something so elegant and captivating about it. That dress fits beautifully. I think red is such a beautiful color for Summer. ☺️

That jacket is vintage! C&A used to be huge in the UK - your mum would know it well. The one in Liverpool is where Next is now, apparently, on Church St. When I was a teenager we'd buy their Clockhouse range, which was the younger end, but they closed all their UK stores in 2000 (they still trade in Europe). It just wasn't cool any more in the UK, other department stores were more popular, and us teenagers had moved on to Top Shop, River Island etc. It was pretty similar to BHS or a cheaper Debenhams.

C&A was the cooler version of BHS THEY WERE TWO DIFFERENT SHOPS IN THE 80S

Check the inside label on the M&S blouse there will probably be a spare button attached , great haul 👍 C& A is an old famous store stands fot coats n ats 🎩 I think I remember someone telling me thet . they are closed now huge all over the country at onetime
