Could you do a video on how to keep shoulders healthy while training for strongman sometime? My shoulder mobility sucks coming over from powerlifting and my overhead is lagging behind and shoulders keep getting niggles
This protocol is aimed towards getting a new 1rm. But that would have a great carryover to log for reps still as it will be a lesser %. Unless you want 10+ on comp day, then it wouldn't have as much carryover as doing specific rep work
