It's giving an error, when I go to install twrp it also gives the same error, (no such file or directory) I tested it on the SD card and on the internal memory but it gave the same error!, in fact if you install it via fastboot maybe it will work?

Tengo una tableta sm- t560 (galaxy 9.6). Le he instalado todas las roms que tu has compartido, a mi parecer Dot OS es la mejor de las 7.1 . ahora le instalé Oreo 8.1, no funciona tan bien como con las 7.1, pero me permite usar algunas aplicaciones que ya las otras roms no pueden hacer funcionar, espero que pronto haya alguna que funcione mejor..¿ has sabido algo de android 11 para esta tablet?

When loading the twrp 3.0.2 .1 for the T560 Model in the Odion application, it FAILs after the recovery.img step... HELP !!
restart odin, check usb debugging or tru usb port 2.0
you need tar file for odin, so convert recovery.img to recovery.img.tar with 7zip and flash it
When I look for the lineage file under install it’s not showing, even tho under Odin it says that it’s passed. Am I not downloading it correctly?

Thanks for this. What is the best program to open the twrp .img file? I couldn't transfer it to Odin as it wasn't recognised
Try and download the twrp file again sothat it sits under downloads. Then open odin again and copy and paste the file that's named a (tar) which it should be the only one to show up and try the flash again.

Malheureusement après tout aucun des applications ne fonctionne sans les services Google play. Les applications se ferment dans les 45 secondes qui suivent leurs ouvertures. Merci quand même

esta ROM tiene muchisimos errores. Mejor usa DotOS 4 con android 7.1 y usa las gapps arm pico. te juro que con eso va genial

Yes backup and then update the twrp and restore from it

HEY. Um try this worked for me. so I went to the download on the tablet, connected it to the to the pc with the usb cable, launched odin3, I used odin3 v3.12.3 version. In odin there is an Options setting in the left middle screen(Log,Options,Pit) I selected the options and removed the "Auto Reboot". Now I selected the AP installed the TWRP. Make sure you have twrp both in your tablet and in your pc. After installing I was at the Download screen on the tablet, I disconnected the cable from the pc. Pressed all buttons at the same time POWER+VOLUMEUP+VOLUMEDOWN+HOME(THE BOTTOM BUTTON OF THE TABLET), after screen went black I removed my finger from the VOLUMEDOWN but still pressed the other buttons(POWER+VOLUMEUP+HOME) and it launched into the twrp. It seems that if you turn it on normally it removes the twrp. KDtv has a youtube video doing this and explaining it. I got it from there.

Ui recommend putting kitkat back on then starting from scratch for a clean install

Every steps were working and suddendly, my tablet just froze and i can't do nothing on it. It is frozen on the start screen (samsung galaxy tab e, android) and nothing is changing when i click on buttons like you... I'm desepered.
If you have fixed it then good, if not, try to force restart by using both volume buttons and power button at the same time for a duration of 10 seconds or more
Then retry the twrp recovery

HELP. After using Odin to load the tar file on recovery boot, It doesn't go into the teamwin recovery screen you show, it goes into android system recovery and gives options on there.

@egis4500 thank you. I ended up figuring that out. Or auto reboot, but on THAT reboot, pressing the buttons to access the correct menu to install.

the rom is builded for both it has T561 sim drivers but the hardware isnt there the rom is just for both at the same time it is normal to show T561 Because of that

It won't recognise your sim because it's for the t560 model and t560 version doesn't have sim support

Also the t561 file has a file called recovery.img but when I tried to select it from the ap slot Odin it didn't appear so I selected the whole zip file, and ended up here, I need a fix some one please help
When you go to the xda site choose the second download option, img not tar.

Try flash the twrp again but u tick auto reboot in odin first, after that the tablet won't reboot so u will have to hold down all physical buttons to force power off then once the screen turns off, quickly press home volume up & power buttons to go into twrp recovery👍 u have to be quick it can be tricky
I have a problem, on the old version 4.4.4, I could access my SD card without formatting or anything and now when I go to file, it tells me that the sd card cannot be read for the moment (and the card is not damaged), any advice?

That's the file you copy and paste in the device... the tar file you use to flash with in odin however make sure you download the right files and only extract the ones you'll need to access, the tar file you don't need to extract at all.

can i use this method to install other custom rom
I did same, but TWRP not starting. I have some basic menu where I can wipe data or restart, what should I do with this?
Step 1: Boot device into custom rom
Step 2: Open odin and go to options and disable auto restart.
Step 3: flash the tar file using odin with device plugged in
Step 4: force restart tablet after flash was successful ( both volume buttons and power button for a long duration)
Step 5: (after step 4 you will no longer need the tablet to be plugged in and you can start the installation from video 12:32) try and boot into twrp again...

What? You are supposed to copy and paste the lineage os in the device itself and use the tar file to flash with, the linageos is an installation that you'll use in twrp recovery.

It doesn't work for me :( I followed all the steps correctly, but when you got the screen on 12:40, mine is different. I see a screen saying "No command" and 6 menus:
- reboot system now
- apply update from ADB
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition
- apply update from external storage
- apply update from cache
I tried using wipe data/factory reset but then cannot proceed with the next step (the installation).
Then I tried wipe cache partition and restarted and it just did reset of the Android 4.4.4.
I tried wit hthe latest version of Odin - 3.14.4 and the same result.
Try repeat the process it should work
@@TheRealAndroidDoctor I am keep trying multiple times, same result. Since my tablet is the T561, not the T560, I even tried with the other file provided. Same result, it always shows the same error saying “No command”

Viper is better but feel free to try lineage 8.1 if u don't like it u can revert back to viper
