Yes it true I was so scared if the original is will be deleted can I can't roll back to 4.4.4

T561_DOTOS_V4.ZIP fails to install in twrp from sd card

All good on T561, thank you very much @Android Doctor! Also very helpfull to know: WARNING , WHEN TWRP Mode Donot click to Install SUPERSU APK as it prompts, Click "Not to install". Otherwise will loop the boot. If it takes longer than 10-15 minutes repeat the all thing!

@@kiezukehorameshi9613 Power off Your Tab, Then simply go ahead Into the TWRP Mode, and then install the ROM Once again, and then simply, when it says SuperSu not installed, tap do not install and it's done...

Worked like a charm. Thank you. I can finally install all the apps that require Android 5 and above. Being stuck on 4.4.4 was a pain. Skipped the rooting part in the end because I did not require it.

09:30 Volume up + Power + Home button (= Boot in TWRP Mode)
Home button is also necessary. I took me a while to figure that out ...

I just installed it after the Lineage os 14.1 was laggy. Ive beeb stuck on those bubbles splash screen now going to one hour. Did you get that kind of experience.
@@ayofolly mine was on it about 5 minutes or so, 1 hour does seem quite a long time though…

I Had bad experience with my T560 with android 8.1 oreo with another video. BUT 7.1.2 DOTOS WORKED PERFECTLY. Camera is working, youtube is working, rotate is working, everything is working. THANK YOU SO MUCH. LIKED AND SUBSCRIBED.
T560 here. Everything done exactly the way you showed, went without a glitch. Everything seems to work great so far.
Plus, now I can install all kinds of apps that wouldn't install on 4.4.4.
Plus, no more Samsung bloatware (and I know that people may disagree, but for me anything I don't actually NEED to do my job is something I don't want).

Very very good is finally I can ditch android 4.4.4 KitKat (not actually) but finally I can download apps that I needed. I actually downloaded lineage os and apps kept crashing,so this is a huuuuuge step. Also I downloaded the Dolby atmos and it made a huge difference in my listening experience. In conclusion I want to thank you for you instructions for sure I will subscribe with notifications on. Thank you

Thank you very much. I wanted to use this tablet as a monitor for a Xiaomi camera I have at home. With the help of this video I did it and thank you. but now, just one little question, it's common to the tablet just turn off and turn on again w/frequence? it is my first time doing it and i'm a little afraid of doing something wrong, that stuff..

For Linux-user: - extraxt "recovery.img" from twrp-folder
- instead of "odin": install "heimdall"
- Terminal: sudo apt-get install libusb-dev
- Terminal: lsusb
- Terminal: heimdall detect
- Terminal: sudo -i
- Terminal: cd (place where "recovery.img" file is"
- Terminal: heimdall flash --RECOVERY recovery.img --no-reboot

Mine works flawlessly did u do a clean install? Try installing the ROM without the gapps and see if it stops rebooting then let me know

It works! Root checker might give you some errors before installing, but keep trying - it eventually gives up and installs. Tablet works great. Thank you!

Bro there is a small pie chart looking thing on the top right corner. That is the battery sign.
and you can scroll the bar down from top if you want to see the battery percentage
just go to dot extras

thanks a lot 2023 and it still working but gora say something after flashing the custom rom most of tablets will stuck at boot justdon't be afraid he already cut that part in the video,solution is simple hold down power button and vol- till the tab swich off release both button and boot normally it will work as a charm

Hi, thanks for the video, it is really great. i am able to install the custom OS as per the instructions in the Video. However i do not see mobile / cellular data options in the tab now. My Tab is T561 which had cellular data option originally but since the custom rom installation i am unable to see those options all in settings. All other things are working perfectly. Thanks once again.

One issue could be helpful regarding battery 1st if I could see the charging % when TAB is in off and 2nd if could see % also in On without pulling down. My T561 works for a few minutes and then restarts itself..... works a bit and restarts again. Any idea how to fix the restarts?
I removed the sim card, and the restarts stopped.
