Hey Happy Halle. Depends what kind of store. This mall does offer shorter leases for "POP-UP" style boutiques. There's also a store that leases to smaller boutiques where you can shop for a bunch of fun "homemade", (yet awesome) products. It's the best mall around Gilbert, AZ. There are some smaller strip mall type areas, but nothing like this.

It’s a higher end baby/toddler store, we carry lots of quality, natural products & lots of very popular brands, as well as, small vendors that often work from home or sell things handmade. The pop up/ short term lease is definitely something to look into, thank you.

Walked in Sandbar and walked right out. Nightclub all day long music is so loud cannot even hear the people you are with talk and it’s a bit on the dirty side. Living spaces on the other hand is a nice store bought my living room set from there.
