- Ingredients:
A family of four : 1 cup is equal to 250g
1 Egg (optional)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of Sugar / Castor sugar is ideal
Half to a full can of condensed milk ie. 190- 385grams according to your preference
Egg yellow according to your colour preference
( Saffron & a dash of vanilla essence optional)
0.5 tsp Cardamon/ elachi powder
Pinch of salt
Quarter cup of milk / klim powder
2 to 3 cups of milk ( 500-750ml)
250grams of butter
Cinnamon sticks
Break and add 2/3 cardamon pods
250g of Semolina / Tastee Wheat
Serve with dessert cream & sliced almonds

Thank you Sunitha 🌸💜 Klim is a full cream instant milk powder, so adds to that richness however to can omit & add a little more milk & condensed milk. Serving it with the the dessert cream gives it that amazing balance & tones down the sweetness. Hope that helps ❤️
