Best to layer the base of the pot with foil then start the layers with the potatoes first in this way with a 2 to 3 hour slow cook you get a tasty biryani. My 84 year old Mommy/Aunty full proof family traditional recipe.

Must the potatoes be fried before inserting at the bottom of the pot on the foil ? 2) must I put a second foil on top of pot ? 3) must I ad ghee on foil of base in the pot. I'm new to this need to learn
The biryani recipe is missing alot of ingredients.what about the saffron which is the main ingredient.plz don't upload recipes that u don't even make yourself at home.

Thanks for the concern but for centuries the Indian cultures worldwide have tasted food this way No stress we doing fine, key is that we very hygienic whilst preparing food and paramount is that we operate with clean hands and clean surroundings when cooking....
This is how it's done in Indian cuisine. Perhaps you might get food poisoning so don't try this yourself. Stick to your bland flavourless food sir. These chefs are far more qualified than you'll ever be.

Like medium heat for 2half hours. On the stove. If your stove temperature numbers are 1-9 , then use 4. Chicken goes quicker.
