    Bravo,from a South African living in Jordan...taste the marinade!!how else would know if you need a touch more of this or that spice.if you sourced the meat from a good butcher,and you have clean utensils and clean hands,there shouldn't be a problem.lovely work girls.would love to meet you one day.InshaAllah

    Best to layer the base of the pot with foil then start the layers with the potatoes first in this way with a 2 to 3 hour slow cook you get a tasty biryani. My 84 year old Mommy/Aunty full proof family traditional recipe.

      Like medium heat for 2half hours. On the stove. If your stove temperature numbers are 1-9 , then use 4. Chicken goes quicker.

      Just to confirm
      1) foil inside the base of pot then potatoes on top of foil.
      Must the potatoes be fried before inserting at the bottom of the pot on the foil ?
      2) must I put a second foil on top of pot ?
      3) must I ad ghee on foil of base in the pot.
      I'm new to this need to learn

      I think they're pretty strong ladies, it's not the meat that was not safe, the chicken marinade i would advise them could contain salmonella

    Delicious Eid lunch would definitely land you in hospital
    With salmonella ie food poisoning
    You two so called chefs need a course on food safety .
    You tasted uncooked chicken and handled uncooked chicken .

      I cringed when she tried the marinade with the chicken in it but for as long as I can remember, the people in my family have always done that when making Briyani🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️”if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”

      Thanks for the concern but for centuries the Indian cultures worldwide have tasted food this way No stress we doing fine, key is that we very hygienic whilst preparing food and paramount is that we operate with clean hands and clean surroundings when cooking....

      This is how it's done in Indian cuisine. Perhaps you might get food poisoning so don't try this yourself. Stick to your bland flavourless food sir. These chefs are far more qualified than you'll ever be.
