Giving any tablet isn't safe in such situation as all of the medicines comes with side effects, it would be better to take dog to a certified veterinary doctor.

A single injection wont work it has to be repeated for 3 days every 12 h and the prostaglandins have serious side effects in dogs so it would be better to give mifepristone 5 mg/Kg orally and cabergoline 5 micrograms daily orally for 3 days. mifepristone may rarely cause profuse bleeding but this is not fatal except if the bitch has some bleeding disorders. so dont worry but be cautious as this is an extra label use. you can combine mifepistone with cabergoline
