Anthony, Old Crow is looking absolutely fantastic!!! As for the gap under the plate, a rig like this isn't supposed to look like it rolled out of a high tec factory. They are built by men and women with hand tools for the most part, in garages, driveways, barns, fields etc. Build on brother!!!

I love watching projects like this being made so I started from the very beginning with this project and I very much look forward to seeing how this is going to turn out. So far sir well done!!!!!
The plasma table and cutter make for a lot simpler and faster job plus a more precision fit for welding, but it CAN be done the old fashioned way. All else being equal EVERYBODY would prefer your setup. But many of us are POOR. BROKE. WITHOUT MONEY. So we do what we can. More time and work, and the results likely aren't on a par with yours, but if we're happy with the results it's a win.
I'm following just to see what's next, I wanna find videos on the sleek bucket he has there, that's probably the most perfect lookin bucket I've seen to date... it's simple, cute, in a way, and badass all in one, rolling art, everything in his shop, if you look around...
Love how he boxed in the rear for the truck bed, simple vision, takes me back to the class I took with a well known sheet metal sculptor instructing us...love sculptured sheet metal, where it's obvious it was built, but seamless...
