I just found your page, and I"m so happy I did! I've worked in multiple areas of healthcare. Most recently as a social worker setting people UP for PAS and other home care services in Texas. I've seen first hand in the DFW area how hard it is for so many seniors and children with disabilities to find a home care agency that takes care of them. That has competent staff. That pays attendants correctly. This has led me know know what DOESN'T work. I kept telling myself, I need to have my own agency. Im ready. I appreciate the time you put into these videos. They are so informative and you're so good at keeping the attention of your viewer.
