Thanks everyone for watching! Don't forget to like and subscribe to know when I drop another episode, appreciate you all x
This podcast needs a bump! Only 482 likes?! Was a few years ago though, so I hope to see her back! What an awesome woman :D
COVID Gap, people have become so forgetful to various systemic distractions, nice listen too, Thankyou
This was so good! Fear keeps us in a sense of comfort. But eventually we have to realize that regret is much worse than fear. There will never be a "right time" to chase your dreams. We began our travel vlog in the middle of a pandemic. Not an ideal time in the world, but it was the right time for us.
Fran is very authentic and inspiring leader.
She has clearly spent a lot of time working with people whose behaviours are completely unacceptable and yet she’s taken the high road, worked on her own stuff, maintained an acceptance of others, and is 100% comfortable with who she is and how she is.
Really enjoyed this, thank you, Steven.
Brilliant brilliant guest! The book Fran was talking about (decision making, shock test) is called Humankind by Rutger Bregman. I just finished it 4 weeks ago and it is amazing! A must read.
I completely relate to what Fran is saying about having children.
Fran is awesome, so driven and hilarious too! Love her energy and how direct she is. The fact that she wasn't swayed by the pressures many women feel in their 30s of settling down and starting a family is just amazing. You go Fran! We all have our own lives to live and forget too easily that we don't have to live according to society's expectations, or hit certain milestones at certain ages. It defo causes a loooot of anxiety in many of us, myself included being someone who is 31 I'm defo feeling the whole 'clock ticking' anxiety, but know we just need to live according to our own clocks and not society's clocks.
Thank you for sharing this Fran and Steve
It's not society but biology clock
Bless you Fran for the way your neck goes all blotchy when talking about your brother. I get the same stress reaction 🙃
Fran..Class interview!...Sod planning...Live a spontaneous life, what a player!..
Another fantastic episode Steve, I remember you saying in the episode with Jake Humphrey that high performing women were more reluctant to come on your podcast. But it’s great you got Fran on she’s got a really interesting story, very inspiring for young women to hear. Thankyou 🙏🏼
she's great isn't she! thank so much for watching grace! x

amazing, thanks for watching ruben 🙌🏽
Definitely made me emotional at the end!!
Great guest - it's a shame this one doesn't have the views that other videos have
Lovely podcast and Love Fran’s outlook on life, so similar to my own.
I love the way he makes His guest signs His book at the end of each podcast.
Wonder if Fran has ever crossed paths with the chief of Cofidis. After reading Dave's first book that chap certainly has some questions to answer.
Good work on this one ☝🏻 touches on a lot of issues and pressures that athletes face when always being propositioned with drugs to gain advantage
thanks frankie 🙌🏽
Cannot get enough of your content Steven. Love your guests, as with Fran, never heard of her before this interview but always listen as I trust your judgement on getting inspirational people on. Keep up the great work and looking forward to you're book.
thank so much!
This is interesting. I must admit I appreciate you doing this. Your questions, interaction and interview skills are also very good. You remind me so much of Tom Bilyue of Impact Theory who has impacted my life incredibly! He is based in the US.
I recall thinking to myself it would be great to have such a show in the U.K. Here you are! The Universe listened! Keep going 🥰🥰🥰
Aww amazing! thanks so much that means a lot 🙏🏽 x
What is the name of the book which Fran recommends?
41 I have Dyslexicer and still don't no what I love to do as a new job
I get what you mean. It's common in people with neurodivercity. Always changing our mind and not wanting to do something that much.
Sorting out the sound would help
Sheryl Sandberg brilliant book
Any video on how to find what you love to do if you do t no please like hobbies dream job I'll be good at I have Dyslexicer be good if you had some one on who like me has Dyslexia 😌
I can't disagree more about it being ok to give arrogant assholes a pass because you might get good feedback from it, but if you can't handle it, too bad. That's such an outdated view and I strongly believe business and industries of all types can do better than that. Abhorrent behaviour of any type shouldn't be turned a blind eye to just because someone is a "genius" or they're incredibly good at their job. Empathetic and humanistic approaches to dealing with people and performance should be championed, and arrogant assholes need to be called out.
