sr22 is bs in oregon i got a new car and the first week a company truck hits me from the back i had no insurance no damage to their truck but my car back bumper was all off and when the cop showed up he laughed with the other guy and shortly a month later i get a letter and 3 years later i still pay almost 500 a month for nothing literally and i cant even talk to no one about it they wont help at dmv or nun its crazy i suggest you run if this ever happens to someone
In kansas state they will make you get a sr 22 fir not paying your traffic tickets and also they will suspend your license up on no payment of ticket ((paola ks miami county ))
I didn't file a SR22 the whole time I was on my 2yr time but I always had the car insured during the whole time my question is will I get in alot of penalties

If I get a dui amended to a neg driving could I appeal somehow to the DOL after the amendment?

Well tenn has got me 2 times because my insurance company didn’t file my SR22 150 in fines X2. BS.
