Ingredients:
Potato 1 no's
Egg Plant 1 no's
Onion 1 no's
Tomato 1 no's
Chicken 1800 gms
Seven Spices 1 table spoon
Turmeric 1\4 tbl spoon
Water 4 glasses
Maggie Chicken Flavor 1 no's
Ginger Garlic paste 1\2 tbl spoon
Basmati rice 2 glasses
Ghee 2 tbl spoon
Salt to taste
Steps:
To begin with lets wash the rice and keep it aside, cut all the vegetables in bit thick and round shape , make ginger garlic paste. now put a tall pan to stove and pour 4 and half glasses of water (remember the amount of the water always will be double the amount of the rice lets say we take 2 glasses of rice then water will be 4 glasses 1:2 ratio) and add enough salt, ginger garlic paste, 7 spices, turmeric, and maggie chicken flavor cubes and washed chicken then boil it for 15 mins, then remove the chicken to a plate and pour out the stock to a bowl . put a non stick pan to a bowl pour some oil and grill the vegetables and keep it aside (both the side 1 and half mins each ). now the tall pan to the stove again and start arranging the chicken in the bottom skin side down then arrange the grilled vegetables and put washed rice on top of it and add the stock water put a wet towel on top of it and cover with lid and cook it for 15 mins or until the water absorbed . demold to a plate and enjoy it with friends and family
