The anime really did a disservice to the massacre. In the novel the plains were nothing but blood mist and bloody mud as the Dark Young (only 3 or so stories tall) moved at imperceptble speeds their tentacles also moving at such insane speeds misting anything they hit and crushing bodies to a paste beneath them. In the anime though they're giant lumbering creatures who, while they do move quickly, are slower than described.

The funny thing is that those super tier spells just have like a 20 minute cooldown, Ainz has 30 of them, and can use them 4 times per day. Level 100's are very broken.
I love how Silent Solitude (the ending) fades in as Gazef is preparing to put his life on the line, and the music hits so hard as he challenges Ainz. Also, the english lyrics of the song, in my opinion, perfectly underline the concpets of not only Ainz becoming less human, but Gazef's loyalty causing his downfall. 2 things 1 that is not ains most powerful spell but it is his most visually appealing strong spell thats why he used it, and 2 the sword has an enchantment to be able to cut anything even a world item thats why ains wants the sword cos being able to destroy a world item without using another world item is awesome is like killing a tank with an arrow

That item is called "Depiction of Nature and Society", which lets the user trap people in a sort of fake world which has the looks and properties of the user's choosing. However, if the targets find one of the escape routes, the item becomes theirs, so its use is not without risk. Some other guardians carry world items too, though the only one that is known is Albedo's Ginnungagap (which she had since the game, because her creator gave it to her without telling the guild), which is essentially a pocket nuke. We'll see her walk around with it more next season. We know they brought out two more world items, Hygieia's Chalice, and Billion Blades. These were given to Demiurge and Cocytus, but we don't know who has which, and we don't know the abilities either. Lastly, Ainz's red orb is a world item, but the effect of that isn't known either. Ainz already not have feeling for killing some humans, in eps 3 season 1 when he first use his spell Grasp Heart, he already said that. And so on. Ainz always said it. He doesn't care whatever it is as long it will benefit him or Nazarick. But the thing with that is the action from what Ainz doing is not evil and brutal as such in season 3. Since you always see Ainz killing not pure innocent people, so you can excuse him from killing those people. But in season 3. It straight up innocent, and there is no Ainz or the real Ainz (Suzuki Satoru) inner monologue when such a thing happen. So it's feels Ainz become the Undead Overlord as a hole in season 3. But in reality it is already happen in the first season.
IMO if Gazef accepted his offer, maybe Ainz will ask him to go adventuring with Momon. Or maybe Ainz do experiment him to be more becoming superhuman, because throwback to Episode 8 iirc, when Clementine mentioned him as honorary one of strongest in the kingdom, and considering he has a talent, I wouldn't shock if he became as superhuman as Momon the Warrior. If he accepted Ainz offer...
If Clementine hadn't pissed Ainz off by killing the party he was trying to use to gain rep, it would have been interesting to see if she would have submitted to Nazarick. Having Tanya running around Nazarick would have been fun.
11:57 : He was going to kill anyways, yes, but not on the same scale. Medieval armies fighting wouldn't cause that much death. 5-10% losses would have an army routing. It's not the same to slaughter the enemy to the last, even fleeing soldiers, than just defeating them.

most likely because the cool part of dark youngs was their speed but it was harder to animate so they exchange the cool part of speed with Size.
