@@ericberg4397 Yeah, Programs for what? 30 min . max? Really? Some parts I made needed 15 pages of prints and used hundreds of tools. 30 minutes max? 150 k a year? OK Mr. 30 minute max. programmer. Now I'm impressed. It would take you 30 minutes to turn all the prints right side up.

They fubar many part until they get all the tricks and slowly decrease that time to 4 hrs, then 2, then 1... I'm not production parts, so I care more about not breaking a tool and having a very nice part, ONE, when I come in the morning. I only go to prints to look over tight tolerances. and from my experience some of the engineers making those callouts are idiots asking for things that can't be made unless you control the temperature in the room to less than 1 degree . When your done pushing that green button for someone and ready to learn, let me know.

It's a demo piece. Getting a CNC Lathe to make a demo piece is a bit expensive and kinda useless since you don't make a demo piece with the machine you wanna show off then.
@@nelsar1 No. Parts is parts. It's not any harder to machine nickel, or Ti, or 316 stainless or plastic or teflon. It's just different tricks. I have machined aluminum parts @ $50,000 per part. I bet there are guys on here who have doubled that. Apprentice work is not according to what material you are machining.
they arent fast! wtf! they are fast in movement but in working time are sloooow CNCs can take away 0.01mm at time but is 1 only think for that for not move the piece with rough work thats all! you all understand? Milling large round aluminum piece is just dumb - there's a lathe for that, CNC if you like.
