Hi guys. Today it's a much simpler job, but I still hope you enjoy the video.
This is perfect. Its 7 in the morning on a saturday and I can sit and watch your work with a cup of coffee 😄
I'm not the only one then? Lol. Cheers ☕
5:30 am here....with a McDonalds Big Breakfast...I'm to full to work now!
I absolutely love how you two check to see if the lifting magnet has enough strength to safely lift the raw plate. 🤝
Честь и хвала создателям этих машин👍
항상 응원합니다 ❤❤❤
Great part but why use the 10 mm ball end mill instead, you can use an end mill with a 3-4 corner radius but you can do a lot more surface. Kind regards from Germany
Thank you. Then I would do it too quickly.😀
Guys, I always watch your videos with great pleasure!
That poor pallet really tried :D
😁
Really nice piece, loved the first big cut right through the stock and the roughing of the cavity with the long tools
3:05 O nie! Zepsułeś ostatnią paletę w firmie! Zwolnić i zatrudnić na nowych gorszych warunkach ! 🤭 a tak serio super film! 4:35 przyszłość firmy ;)
Dziękuję. Tak, to syn szefa
The randoms die molds suggestion i used to get before now i follow your channel for every new video great job.
Thanks
잘보고 배워갑니다
Nice job guys👍.. btw im from malaysian🇲🇾
Pekerjaan yg menakjubkan
Nice bit of milling mate thanks for sharing 👍
I love your raw Videos!
I'd love to know what that his used for. Wouldn't a block like that have at least a small amount of internal stress that might lead to very slight deformation?
Incredible
Great videos. please post a video about a hollow sphere mold for soccer ball molding.
I cant believe that cutter sounded so good at that extremely long length, NICE! What brand do you like better Dormer, or Palbit?
Hi. For ordinary steel like this, so PALBIT
@@CncFrezar So are there times when you prefer the Dormer's over the Palbit then?
@@user-kp6ee6wv1b I can't tell you that. In my opinion, both brands are the same in quality.
Wow ! Perfekt Work !
How many Hours has the Maschine working for this Projekt ???
Hi. Well thank you. I can't talk about times.
4:34_Привет пацан!!!
Impressive!!!
New cutter? It makes amazing finish, how about tool life and speed and feed compare to others?
Hi. We have been using it for a long time. It is good for vertical surfaces.
Bravo momci.
Very satisfying to watch but as a cam programmer I feel like I would be in trouble for all that ball mill time across the flat top surface.
They are conical surfaces, not a plane.
@@CncFrezar oh. Would using a larger diameter ball mill save any time?
👍👍👍
i'm a fresher. I wanna know about the highfeed milling tools. Can you share me some documents or something else that relative to highfeed milling tools. Thanks a lots.
The new CyberTruck center consoles sure are beefy.
Awesome part. How many inserts for a part like this did you use ?
Thank you. I can't tell you exactly. But we didn't spend a lot of them because this is such an ordinary material.
I just LOVE this "scientific lifting capacity test" of that mag lifter here... : )
Hey, but if it works, it works, right? ;-)
It hasn't disappointed me yet :-)
@@CncFrezar Good : )
Very nice, the steel looks soft like EN8?
Hi. Yes, you're right, it's ordinary steel, but I don't know the exact marking in another standard. This is the Czech standard
EN is the number given in ww2 for steel n the UK
Emergency Number
EN8 is a good mild steel then the higher the number the better quality.

I would have liked to make that bulk removal of material easier for you on my waterjet :)
You're right, but we didn't have time for that. We had to act quickly.
Or flame cut though you would have to leave a lot more material for finishing.
😊😊😊
Awesome , why dont use coolant?
Inserts would crack
The use of coolant causes cyclical shock heating and cooling, which causes the insert edges to fracture and chip.
Also, most inserts used in this type of machining have coatings that get "slippery" at the high temperatures present at the cutting interface that greatly improves insert performance and longevity.
Was this a injection mold part?
I don't know what it's for, but probably not the form.
✋🏼🇦🇺👍🏼
what's the lifting capacity of that magnet?
1000kg
@@CncFrezar holycrap
Hi Sir kindly share to me ,for what reasons is climb milling necessary?
For a better finish and more tool life, climb milling is more efficient. It removes more heat due to the chip shape and doesn't dig into the part as much.
@@Exce1si0r thank you
Sir what is the name of that clamps
I do not know it. They are maybe 50 years old
@@mariuszvincent4539 Frez miał średnicę 35 mm, a szerokość frezowanego rowka wynosiła 40 mm
Why did you do it with a wire cut machine and continue with a cnc milling machine?
We found the old piece of steel at our company, so we used it.
Cutter 32. Band? please

gdzie nowe video? XD
2 tygodnie minely :) zabladzilo? szweda sie po lasu?
Teraz mamy taką nudną pracę. Ale z tym też zrobiłem filmik. Będzie w środę.😁
beautiful toe clamps
Those are already historical pieces😀
Что за фрезы , на таких режимах и бес СОЖ работают!!!???
Воздушного охлаждения достаточно.
Good job... but I suggest to all CNC workers in the world to use siemens nx software
A remarkable waste of material, time and energy. Looks like Russian engineering !
