You clocked me once with the the head nodder, now you’ve clocked me again with the DIY stick (down to the quanba gravities and bad compatibility) GGs man amazing vid
I genuinely believe you have "3 more at home" of them hitboxes you got like 2 of each box in this video alone 😂 great videos mr rich controller guy take my sub
As a DIY guy, my main sticks are a stick I made from a PS3 slim and a hitbox I made from a PS2. I have a couple people every so often ask if they still work
I wish controller had better dpads for a good price. Some of the dedicated fightpads be well over a hundred. At that point i might as well get a hitbox and learn that.😢
Every now and then I'll bust out my mad catz sf4 stick thats in this video. I switched out parts for sanwa joysticks and buttons. Was one of the best to mod back then because how cheap it was. Sometimes around $40
I'm a stick boomer, except I'm not a boomer. Hey man, I started in 2013, when we collectively considered leverless to be cheating, and pads to be for babies.
I’m the last living individual using a RAP Premium VLX on my lap with a Brooks Converter to play Fate Unlimited Code on a fat PS2 hooked up to my Sony PVM. The true endgame of the FGC, ye folks mayn’t understand.
@@felipepomar sure! I bought a USB passthrough on Focusattack.com (not the only place to find them) and then drilled a hole on the case of the stick. Then opened the case up and plugged the original usb cable into one side of it, and left it inside the case. You use the USB passthrough as an extension basically. Using too long of a cable might cause some issues but I have no issues with a 3FT cable.
I just saw this, sorry. I stuffed the cable inside the case and then drilled a hole on the side. Then I installed a USB passthrough (you can find online).
@@dragonlash I actually had that as one of the characters but did not want to make the video too long! I have so many retro pads lol. With like 20 usb converters.
Dont disrespect the DIY sticks. I got cooked by a dude playing in a textbook.
@@christianpaz7751 LOL
Got schooled 😂
The controllers not lasting at all is so real lmao
Yooo. " fire and flames while throwing fireballs" is a fire line. Subscribing cheers for the laughs 😂
This is why 90% of people are in the fgc, so they can have an expensive controller and make it half their identity
You'd understand if your controller costed $2000... like mine does.
The whammy bar builds meter.
Awesome.
The guy who used a steering wheel to play guilty gear still amazes me. 😅
“Hmm… why doesn’t my pad work the way it used to?”
10,000 hours of practicing wavedashes
“Oh… that’s why…”
LMAOOO strumming for tbag is godlike

“The whammy bar builds meter” killed me 🤣
The whammy bar builds meter😂😂
Lol. The diy guy even goes to the Qanba gravity and not Sanwa buttons 🤣

The Jean Ralphio of FGC
In a sense, the whammy bar DOES build meter
as an arcade stick dinosaur.... yes.
My best freind is the frame data naysayer 😂 just wants to invent the wheel and do everything the hardest way possible lol
I felt attacked with the DIY and murdered me with the Haute42 xD I do have 3 and plan on buying/building more
These videos are so good 😂
I'm 28 and had wrist pains every time I played making the switch to leverless was the right choice for me tbh.
I wish controller had better dpads for a good price. Some of the dedicated fightpads be well over a hundred. At that point i might as well get a hitbox and learn that.😢
I guess Im the only weirdo who uses Pad without using the D-Pad
As a hitbox player I feel personally attacked. Who told you about my but spending habits.

Care to explain how you modded the cable on the first controller that appears in the video?

@RushFox they're so fun! XD and I always buy stickers at ceo that make me go "I need another thing to cover in vinyl stickers" lol
I use a razer membrane keyboard

you missed the keyboard warriors
This guy predicted the guitar hero player on EVO 2024. Insane
Peak video I can relate with the controller part
The pad one is so accurate 😆😆 feels bad and I dont even play on pad 😆 stick boomer
Could you tell me how you modded your Mad Catz's cable?
I just saw this, sorry. I stuffed the cable inside the case and then drilled a hole on the side. Then I installed a USB passthrough (you can find online).

The pad part is so true lmfao. I had to switch to stick i couldn't deal with it anymore
How frequently did they die? i’ve been using a DS4 for the last 6 weeks nothing wrong yet.

Go up against knee, Justin Wong or Maximilian in a first to ten if ya gonna say that

Oh god he nailed me with the hitbox guy. I have like 8, 4 sets of twins. One is customized for Tekken and the other is for 2d fighters 🫠
This hits hard especially since my PS4 pad I bought last August just died on me yesterday. It sucks but I have yet to find a better controller 🥲
