I am 76 years old and my wife is 68 years old, our security is to have a high fence around the house, but we like the silence of the surrounding area!
Very nice house!! but I prefer the Master's Bedroom to be at the Ground Level especially if the main owner is already in their 50s up...soon to be a Sr..citizen.

The house is huge but the kitchen is a little bit small the space and the counter very limited
The Kitchen and LR is not proportional to the size of the house. Both are TOO SMALL
They were selling the house 5 months ago for 25K now selling for 38K to 50K. Same property different seller.

The house is so beautiful. Well-thought built and very functional, elegantly laid out. However, the staff room is small, maybe good for 1 person only. For a 150 million php house, I think this is expensive, just me only.

The minimum lot size here is 550 sqm 😊 But in other villages, yes you can build your own house and your choice how big it would be 😊

The interior finishings look like they were designed by a thrift store. There is no style the most boring colors. If that’s your answer to let appeal to I would suggest the person who furnished this get their money back for whatever school of design they went to
