The problem with switches is the Insertion loss if you sweep from 20hz to 20khz you will see a dB loss of gain and frequency response. Its the same on using shielding cables for guitar pedals because the shielded cables are pf capacitance which is rolling off the high end. You should do a video lesson about what type of shielded cables to use and the freq response curve that its rolling off when using shielded cables.
What about wiring a stereo in ( one left one right input)stereo out (one left one right output) with bypass and led indicator, do you need a 4dpdt with a relay or is there a 5dpdt foot switch to achieve the stereo in stereo out bypass led functions.
