as much as john chen and ultra david have great commentary, i love spooky's chill tone. evo should get pie sci and spooky together on the commentary!
Randy JP Aris is probably one of the most underrated guys. He usually is great jelling with some stoic, serious analytic guy. SethAris has been a great combo. Many people weren't feeling UltraSpooky but I liked it too. Felt awkward a bit but Spooky knows when to pick his spots and let David do his thing. But in terms of chemistry, SpookyRoss is fun.
I think Lee Chung is a guy to try bring in next year. He may not do EVO commentary but could be tested to do salty suites where the atmosphere is lax.

I'm just going to say this. I'm a huge Momochi fan and I salute him for winning Evo this year and I get him wanting to cheer for his countrymen but. . . I would have liked to see him show a LITTLE joy at his fellow EG teammate winning. He didn't have to scream like K.Brad but at least shake PR Balrog's hand or something.
Balrog under appreciated but always is in the top of the battles with simple Punches Elbow and Headbutts

I love spooky and all, but his commentary for this match was weak. You can see from everyone's reaction at the end just how big of a match this was, but spooky was un-hype the entire time.

To be honest, i dont like american players. Beacause of their behavior. But few of them realy Impressive.
IMO only PR Tog and Snake Eyez are able to challange asian players. Rest of them are more "fun" to watch. But thats it.

Neuman Otávio You can count Smug out - not even making top 24 this year is a huge indicator at how far he is skill-wise. To me, he's still wet behind the ears and an "online warrior".

Neuman Otávio The problem with the other players you're mentioning - Mago, Daigo, Justin Wong... - all of them had already long proven their worth and weren't surrounded with that much hype at the beginning of their careers. Them being easily eliminated is due more to age and lack of motivation than actual lack of skill. Smug is overhyped (I will NOT deny that he's an excellent player, that would be an asshole-ish thing to do) and severely lacks international experience which he is beginning to slowly build up. IMO, I think the fans need to lay off Smug for a while and let him get stronger and more confident.
