Man PR Balrog in the final days of USF4 was so hype, the optimized combos with the mp links and ultras after rush punch AA was so on point. Satisfying to watch.
I mained balrog back in the day and he is easy to use and at a high level he is low tier. Reason is balrog is one dimensional, no mix up, no get out of jail free card and he has to charge. Only thing is his buttons are pretty good. Easy to defeat rog if you know how to play against him especially in a long match
Is there something I'm missing in Rolento's gameplay that I'm not appreciating? I just find it boring, but I'm trying to like it because so many of my favorite characters and players go against a Rolento.

When PR Rog started fighting back fiercely. I lost my shit when it was live. I wished he made it farther.
I think it's complete bullshit that Rog can't punish that roll from Rolento.

Trickery, variety in mixups, overwhelming opponent. Defence with somewhat lacking options
