    So I am confused. Some people are using Amylase to make oat milk. Is that a bad thing, or a good thing. Does it affect diabetes in a good way, or a bad way? I want to make my own oat milk because Store bought milks make me sick. Even almond. But the oat milk keeps coming out slimy. This is annoying.

      @@lindabeck2036 I haven't found out much. My dr said it wasn't anything to worry about unless I'd was much much higher?! So, I'm not sure. I don't put alot of faith in my drs, sadly.

      So far I'm in testing phase and researching it. Low IS a problem. I had stomach ultrasound, next is CT scan. I hope u r feeling better.

      @dxanny no...but it's in "normal range" now.
